They did great work. It was a little bit more expensive than what we expected, but the work was great. They did a great job, and I'll recommend them.

Did some work all the time, when I asked them to come. They check the pressure and heating pump. They show me exactly what they problem is doing. They advice me if anything needs to be changed up. Extremely satisfied.

They have all types of brands. Very good quality brands, for low prices. Unlike other stores.

Asked for am measurement- was given 2 hr window 12 :00-2:00 pm on day of appt. When I expressed dissatisfaction to technician he told me that he would meet me at the house at 12 noon. No show and no phone call. I called Home Depot Customer Service and we set up technician for 3pm same day. I traveled back to the house and waited until 4pm. No show and no phone call. I called customer service again and with great apology they asked me for a second chance- the technician was still on previous job. I did not want to take another day off from work-all I would have needed was communication. This was terrible for Home Depot and their shoddy contractors- I had a whole kitchen to redo- and it will NOT be with them!!

I went in there to buy, but I did not buy anything because they were so rude. It was unconscionable. No one was willing to provide assistance, and they were just busy socializing with each other. They were even talking so loud to each other.

Bought a new fiberglass front door with windows from HD and had them sub out the installation. The guy came out to measure and didn't have a pencil to record measurements. Also didn't have a tape measure. Door was later installed in such a way that the only way the dead bolt could be locked was by turning the knob first. The guy was nice enough but...

Even though we ordered the hot water heater in the store, we had to deal with a phone scheduler at the customer service desk in the store. The plumber did not speak English and his 15 year old son was the interpreter/helper. With the installation of a water regulator near the main line, the cost was $300 more than estimated. (Hated that we had to take the advice of a 15 year old regarding the necessity for the additional valve.) They were neat, efficient and timely. Later another plumber happened to see the newly installed valve and said it was a "cheapie" and wasn't sure it would last very long. We feel a little "scammed" on this. Also the day after installation we received a 10% off coupon in the mail. They honored it. They also honored a 6 month no pay no interest. Also later we got a 12 month no interest/no payment offer in the mail. The manager of the store said he'd honor that, but thus far they have not complied, based on their first bill. We intend to call again.

I was fairly pleased with the overall work they did. There was a mix-up with the Rfactor that I had purchased but I contacted Home Depot and they sent the installer back out right away to fix the problem. I appreciated they did that at no charge and with no hassle.

First the good news about this home depot location. Their guys in their kitchen remodeling department are very helpful. They really helped us in ordering a new countertop. Now the bad news, most of the other departments and the customer service especially, just isn't very helpful. They don't know what they're talking about. And getting the customer service counter to resolve issues is a slow and painful experience.

Mediocre at best. I would not recommend them. We weren't home when they did the measurements, then they were not left for us. We called several times, but could not get them sent to us. When we went to Home Depot a few months later (we got distracted), we were told that the measurement had expired. Overall, not a stunning experience.
