I paid for the service and it took only 10 minutes. It was a quick inspection and no changes were made. The only thing I got was feedback that we would need to replace the system for an expensive replacement. They were responsive and the gentleman who came out was punctual.

Arrived on time. Performed service as required. Professional attitude.

They contacted the renter and scheduled service with them around their schedule. They showed up on time on the date promised and were very professional with the work performed. They then provided us with a copy of the invoice. Very pleased with the work they performed servicing the unit in the home and the renter was very pleased with the service performed as well.

The service went well and I did not have any complaints. One technician came out and he was here for about an hour and a half. He did what he said he was going to do. Everything tuned out to be just fine.

That turned out well. He came out and did the inspection on a 20 year old furnace. He inspected 2 furnaces and was here for about 45 minutes. He let us know that they are still working, but we will need to get new furnaces changed in the future. Scheduling was easy and they came out before the holidays.

They were incredible to work with, all the workers they sent out were punctual, friendly, and helpful. They did an excellent job and were wonderful in cleaning up. Additionally they were able to solve a lot of problems I was having for years. They initially suggested and compared multiple options but I ultimately went with system that had the higher energy efficiency rating, and it has made all the difference in the world. I additionally have a service contract with them and they always take great care in checking the system, very thorough.

After studying several companies, this one came in with a good price and seemed to be knowledgeable. They were. The installation went on time, perfectly, and the technicians were conscientious and thoughtful about doing a good job. They even sent a techncian back to my house later to help me integrate the Wi-Fi thermostat with my computer when I had difficulty doing it by myself. All a part of the service.

Heat coming and going--he found a small problem, fixed it and was gone. Was right on time and called before he came. Seem honest and price was fair. Will call them again if needed. Thanks Angie!

It went well. They did what they were suppose to do!

The technician (Keith) came over, looked at the unit and could tell by the sound (!) that the HVAC pump was clogged. Apparently it froze where the line drains, outside my home. He patiently explained what was wrong, how he could fix it, and what it would cost. He showed me what he meant, and answered all my questions. Then he fixed it quickly, and charged me a total of $173, covering parts and his time. It was a painless experience, and I would trust this company again for HVAC problems. Nice guy, too.

We bought the special coupon for a system cleaning and multi-point inspection. They came out as scheduled. We were having intermittent problems with the furnace. I reported this to the technician, who investigated it and found that one of the electrical contacts had deteriorated. He cleaned the contact and the furnace has been working since. He spent his time on the problem area, and I don't know if he had time to go through all the other points in the inspection check-list, but the problem was fixed, so I was content.

We just moved into a home that has very old furnaces and they have not been maintained. I purchased 3 coupons from Empire to cover all three of the furnaces in our home. the technician had to climb into an attic on each side of the house as well as go into the basement. He was thorough and got the job done.

Great. Arrived promptly. Solved the problem. Cost was mid-range. Office and staff very nice and easy to work with. We reaally like this company.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. Their price was excellent. I had no complaints with them. I would not be using them in the future because I found somebody that is actually much better.

He was on time and everything went very well. He was good with communication.

My AC unit had stopped working. The outside unit (fan) was the culprit. Empire came by, inspected it, and said the whole thing needed to be replaced. I didn't believe it. Seemed more like a fuse, which is what it was. The guy never did an actual test of any kind, never opened anything, inspected anything specifically, just looked at it and said "Yup, gotta replace it".

After having replaced a bad condenser fan in May for $434 they came back in July because it wasn't blowing cold air and added freon for $222. Very nice technician. |Same one both times.

Did not have time to comparison shop but figured since I wasn't paying a trip charge it was still an OK deal.

It was good. They came out twice. I don’t think that there was an issue on the first one. They came back out to do another service and it was a bigger charge.

It took the service man only 10 minutes to tune up one of my 2 six year old furnaces. He gave me a quote to repair the other furnace by replacing a motor that was $300 more than the company that initially installed the furnace six years ago during the house build. Both companies used OEM parts. Not sure why this company has so many good reviews? Ten minutes to do a tune up is too short and $678 to replace a motor that takes 1.5 hours is excessively priced. After both the tune up and high estimate, I do not trust this company's integrity.

The office called right way to set up the appointment. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Came to the house to inspect service furnace and heat pump ($55 each). I only purchased a coupon for one unit, since we just moved in and did not know what we had. They matched the price and offered a second coupon for our additional unit. Very professional and explained everything perfectly. I will probable pick them up with an annual contract on all of our HVAC units.
