Very professional and prompt service. I will use them again in the future.

So far, everything has been fine. From what I remember, they were prompt and efficient. I didn't have a problem with them professionally.

I was satified and have been using them for years. Scheduling and the price were both good. It turned out well and I am planning on having them out again for a new thermostat.

They looked at both my a/c and furnace for no additional cost.

They have done a great job and have been a pleasure to work with. They are on time and do a complete job.

Before installation, the serviceperson explained the type of system that would be installed, the installation time, cost, etc. The work went exactly as they had explained and on time. When they finished, the clean up was amazing. The service person was extremely helpful in walking me through the use of the new system. I also received a follow-up telephone call. Through all of the years, from a phone call to schedule an appointment to service calls to installation of a new system, their service is extraordinary. And a few weeks after the installation of a new system, a note of appreciation and a wonderful assortment of delicious cookies arrived in a lovely insulated carrying case( that I use daily) . I don't know of another company who does that!!!! Thank you Empire.

Empire sent out their technician Cutty just a few hours after my first call to them. We'd been noticing that the upstairs furnace was blowing cold air. He went into the attic to check and had it diagnosed within about 15 minutes - he said our draft inducer motor needed replacing (and then explained exactly what that is and what its role is in the heating sequence). He was able to get me a quote quickly despite the fact that part had not been loaded to their system yet (they had a recent paperless system upgrade). He was able to go get the part and install it all within about an hour and a half of quoting it. Our furnace works GREAT now! Even better than before, actually, which makes me wonder if it was really working properly all this time. Would definitely call Empire again for HVAC services.

Went well and have not needed a return visit.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It was just a waste of money. There was no extra cost.

It didnt go very well. I had to have a second and then a third person come out. After first person "cleaned" my furnace, it began making a loud noise. The second guy said i needed a new motor, fan and control panel. I allowed him to replace the control panel ($453). I dont think my fan blades had issues until they went inside and "cleaned" my system. The noise wasnt there until the first guy came out. The third guy replaced my fan, said i didnt need a new motor (first guy said i needed a new motor). Anway, i ended up paying over $600. This started out being a $55 cleaning. I would not use this company again.

They came out twice, but weren't really able to pinpoint the problem of my furnace. However, their service was good.

Lachlan, our service technician, was incredibly professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and helppful in servicing our A/C units for the summer! I would definitely recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone needing service for their A/C or Heating units!!

I purchased a Big Deal for a furnance tune up for $55.00. I had to pay a little more for some re-wiring. After they rewired it, it has worked fine ever since.

The tech gave me some good tips about some service related expenses I should and shouldn't expect later and left with the Angie Deal coupon. No extra charges. I was expecting there would be an additional charge but it wasn't to be. I will only use Empire HVAC in the future!

The Big Deal is for rental property. I was specific with them and told them I need to be there when they perform the service/estimate. The first two appointments unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to the weather. I called due to not hearing from them and they notified me that they already performed the service. Although I told them explicitly numerous times that I wanted to be there since I had some issues that I wanted addressed.

Great company!!! My heating unit was repaired by a very professional and knowledgeable tech.

Overall, the service turned out fine and I have no complaints.

Everything went very well. Service guy was very professional and knowledgeable.

It worked out very nicely. They installed on a Friday, thought they could leave the old thermostat in place, but my heat didn't work properly until the next Monday when they installed a complimentary Honeywell wifi programmable thermostat - yes, I can use it with my iPhone! wonderful! They were courteous, generous (at least my perception of it was that they were), and they threw in a dryer exhaust line cleaning, and 2 years of maintenance. They have financing options too - I opted for 12 months same as cash via Visa.

The guy came out and really couldn't solve the problem as it was too involved and I needed someone to price an option to fix it. I haven't heard from that person.

I purchased the deal because I had dealt with them before and knew they were a good company. I was able to get an appointment the same week I purchased the deal. The service was fine. They came out to look at the unit; they found one issue and fixed it on the spot.

Empire was contacted to come out and tune up and inspect our furnace. Our furnace was making a clanking noise and we wanted to get it inspected to make sure that our system was working properly. The gentleman that came out was professional and very nice. He was able to locate the sound and diagnose the issue which was really a simple fix. He checked our furnace out and everything looked pretty good. He also gave us some suggestions on keeping our system running efficiently.

They did a great job and we really liked them. They were very thorough and went through their work with us. They were slightly late to the appointment but it was not a big deal. One technician was here doing the work and it took about an hour to complete.

We had an issue which we believed they repaired. It is in the middle of the winter and we called them this morning and they were out this afternoon which was very slow in the middle of the winter. It embedded quick responsiveness, but they were a little bit late. Their window is a four hour window but they did show up within the window. The service was fine.
