Technician was puncutal, knowledgeable, and professional.

My experience was good. I would use them again. It was a day, we also had some repairs done when they first came out, so it was like a day of labor. There were two people. They left the area very clean, they were very well, they did everything perfect.

They are very efficient, and are courteous. They also arrive on time. I have been using them for about 10 years now, and would recommend them.

It went great! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and welcomed my questions. Ken and BJ did a great job installing the unit and the basement was spotless when they left. Empire took care of registering my equipment with the OEM, so I didn't have to worry about that.

We have a service contract so there was no additional expense. The follow up service was excellent. This was a problem with the installation of the air conditioner. They are very professional. They show up on time. They correct any problems that have resulted. The workers are all professional.

It was nothing personal, it was just something I put off. They were very professional. I don't have anything negative to say about them. Their a class A operation. I think their price is a little high, but their very professional. I honestly don't have anything to complain about them. I don't think they could have done anything different. They were punctual.

I love them. They are great. I don't know very much about furnaces. They could have really ripped me off, but there were things they said they didn't even charge me for. I was very impressed. I spoke to tech via the phone they were great. I've used them a couple times and I'm happy with them.

They are the best. I have used them 14 years. I pay $150 a year and I get 2 check ups a year. So this was one of my check ups, so it was free.

I am on the maintenance plan so I do not have to pay for the service.

The day of the appointment, the technician shows up, takes five to ten minutes to look everything over, and says there is no power from the unit outside to house. He said I needed a new outdoor safety switch, but since he did not have one, he had to go to home depot. He returned after a while, and it only took him no more that 20 minutes to change out the parts. The unit was turned on and everything worked perfectly. One day later, the unit stopped working again.

Unbelievably well. They will readjust their schedule to make sure they can service you. They will call you to make sure the day's appointment is still ok. Everything is spot on. I ask questions every single chance I could get and they answer all of them accurately and confidently. Never hesitated. They actually came out and fixed everything that was broken by another company I had tried to use free of charge. Hands down. Empire. I will not use anyone else.

Empire calls to let you know when they will be out. The Tech was prompt and efficient.

I had Empire come and replace my HVAC system including heater, A/C, compressor, and some piping. They did a fantastic job and supported the best product on the market (American Standard). They also did this all at a reasonable price with a one year service warranty. I have been thoroughly impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone getting service done. I had two other quotes for this HVAC replacement, one by Home Depot and one by another service. Both quotes came in much higher and the level of service appeared to be questionable. Home Depot even used high pressure sales tactics to get me to choose them. I never felt like Empire was 'selling' me but that they were actually looking out for my best interests.

Very rude and not accommodating at all! I told them I have my 88 year old mother living with me and they could care less that it is too hot for her in my house!

Service tech came promptly and thoroughly checked my A/C. He was courteous, and I appreciated that he went outside and removed the cover I had on my unit and brought it in for me. One other thing I liked was he didn't try to sell me anything. I will continue to use Empire for my Heating and A/C needs.

It went very well. The guys doing the install were courteous and professional. While they were about 30 minutes later arriving than I was told to expect (not a big deal to me), they got right to work when they did turn up. They were prepared, had everything they needed to do the job, and explained everything they were going to do clearly and answered all of my questions adequately. While the "leader" was reviewing the ducting work on the second floor system we requested, the other two guys got to work removing the old system on the first floor. The ducting work we requested was related to a lack of cooling/heating in our bonus room. It seemed there was not adequate airflow. The idea was to cut and cap the old ducting to the bonus room (branched off main duct shared with two bedrooms) and run new ducting straight from the blower to the back room. While reviewing the request, the tech realized everything looked in order and that the bonus room should be receiving plenty of air. He investigated further and found a "hidden" hole in the main duct at a junction that fed one of the bedrooms. It was big enough to put your hand in, but was hidden behind a piece of tape. Loads of loss there and the likely cause of our lack of cooling/heating. He fixed it instead of doing the job as spec'd saving me about $300. In the end, the first floor system was fully replaced. The install is clean and working as expected. Overall a very good job done.

Work was completed and appeared satisfactory.
