Could not have had a nicer experience dealing with Teddy. Outstanding customer service, left zero mess and wore booties covering up his shoes in the house, and was very reasonable with his price. If all vendors and service people were like him, life would be better. I highly recommend Teddy & Safe Alarm Services.

After a power outage our unmonitored system started malfunctioning. Teddy came the same day we called and called several times throughout the day to assure me he would make it to our home that day. He was efficient, friendly, and courteous.
