I received estimates from 3 companies and altogether Safe Alarm was definitely the best choice. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find the best possible solution for the need of security cameras in my office. They were professional and friendly. They completed the job in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the services.

I contacted several security companies for an estimate for installing security cameras at my house. All were "fast-talking salesmen" and knew little about the mechanics of security camera installation and operation. Finally, I found Teddy and his Associate. They came out the next day and spent an hour with me explaining all of my options in the technical detail I was looking for. We agreed on an 8-Camera system and they spent 3 days installing it and continued to follow up. They were always quick to respond when I had a problem or needed some programming help. Excellent experience!

I have been extremely satisfied with Teddy G and his co-worker from the initial site visit to the installation of security cameras, motion sensor flood lights and the replacement of exterior decorative lights. Teddy G listened to my concerns and offered professional advice. He took notes, provided and honored his written estimate. Voluntarily corrected minor issues around the roof/house. Teddy G contacted me the night prior to the job with his ETA and did the same the following morning. I am well pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and diligence. Teddy came out on two separate occasions. First, he fixed the alarm system and partitioned it properly. He listened and understood what needed to be done, and got it right quickly the first time. Very knowledgeable and left detailed instructions, making sure we'd be able to operate the system easily ourselves. He also took the time to make sure we knew all the zones. The second time he came out was also a great experience. Easy to get hold of, he quickly found our home, was on time for the appointment, understood what needed to be done and worked quickly and efficiently. Problem solved.

I run a storage facility and security is very important to the business. Teddy arrived within a few hours of my original call to him. He and his assistant were able to repair our security camera system in 3 hours! A task that another company was UNABLE to do in 3 trips and over 20 hours of trying! And they even cleaned up the original installers mess of the wiring! I could not be happier! True professionals...true gentlemen. And a cost that was much lower than I anticipated! Safe Alarm Services, LLC was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable regarding Camera Surveillance systems. Safe Alarm installed a surveillance camera system that I purchased from another source. After installing the system, Safe Alarms reviewed the programming with me to ensure that I understood the system and that I could get the most out of it. They cleaned up after completing the job and also organized and attached the wires nice and neat at the rear of my system. Hours after leaving my residence Safe Alarm contacted me to see if all was well and to see if I had any questions. I will gladly use them again.

I own a home business and have been looking for a contractor that will work on a system that is not owned by the contractor. I found Safe Alarm Services, LLC and was impressed by the quality received and the customer service they provide. at the end of the day i had some issues with the equipment i had but instead of dragging me along they gave me the honest feedback and told me the truth so i didn't end up spending more money for no reason. I will use Safe Alarm Services, LLC again in the future as i expand my security needs.

All I can say is WOW!!! Teddy and his workers are great! They arrived promptly on time and completed all the work that had been promised. They went over and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their installation services. I must say that they were also very friendly and courteous of my home as well as my desires for where I wanted the cameras and DVR system installed. They installed the cameras in a manner that captures all areas of my home. In addition, they configured my DVR and router to work together for me to monitor my home remotely on my iPhone, iPad, and/or internet browser. I highly recommend this company to all!

Service was done in a timely manner and he checked everything out and told me how to reprogram for future use. No hidden charges either.

Teddy was able to help me out same day and was thorough in fixing and testing the existing alarm. He helped educate me on it better than Ackerman did when it was installed. He fixed it all and I'm very happy.

We hired Teddy and Safe Alarm to fix a camera at our satellite office. Teddy got out there to troubleshoot the problem the day after I called him, and re-installed the replacement camera in a very timely manner. He was extremely professional, and does great work.
