Great job on patio work, but just like all contractors I've dealt with, make sure you have the job "complete" before payment is given. Have issues that were left to be finished and they are still not finished.

Mr. Santos came out to give us an estimate on concreting under our deck and sunroom. He showed up on time and subsequently was given the job. His crew showed up when scheduled and did a fantastic job. We were very pleased with the entire process and the job turned out better than anticipated. Could not recommend more highly.

The old driveway was removed quickly. The prep work for the new driveway was very through. The new driveway looks great! he and his people were easy to work with. I recommend them without hesitation.

De Los Santos was punctual and professional in all respects. Best of all, the work was superior. The concrete work ,is by far, the best one could expect. The neighbors even comment on the quality of the work.

Met me aat my property and gave me a quote on the spot, which I confirmed was fair. I asked for a written proposal and was supplied with one. I accepted the proposal and they were on the site the next day and the crew worked very hard and completed the job that day. The crew was very pleasant and actually appeared to enjoy working. My wife asked me when the last time I had heard someone whistle while working (several of the workers did - great). The job looks great.

It was a difficult pour due to the topography, John and his crew faced some extra issues as a result. They did encounter some problems and have beeen professional and expeditious in dealing with them. I would highly recomend them,

Johnny was very professional and kept to the short deadline we had established. He poured a new patio for us, resodded the back yard and did additional yard maintenance for us. I would be happy to recommend him.

Johnny is absolutely fabulous. From start to finish his team has been excellent. They are punctual, skilled at their profession and clean up their work areas when finished. I could not have chosen a better contractor and WILL use De Los Santos for any future work.
