Description of Work: I first contacted Atlanta Sod Company through Angie’s List…Victoria (Office Mgr) responded quickly. Heath (team member) also responded promptly by DRIVING to our home, to measure for sod and build a potential retention wall. Victoria and Heath were very helpful & professional. Even though our job was small (1000 sq ft / 2 pallets of Bermuda), we were excited about using Atlanta Sod and even ore happy with the quote. We were told the soonest install date was June 2. Today (5/27), we called Atlanta Sod to reconfirm our June 2 install date and ask a few final questions. Eric (owner) verbally reconfirmed our June 2 appointment and even offered to drive out to check things out. Within 30 minutes of getting off the line -- Eric sent an email stating he was canceling our project, because we were 'out of the service area'. At what point over the 3-4 weeks of receiving an in-person consult and various email correspondence did our service area change? We are newbies and quite disappointed to say the least.
