Description of Work: they replaced the fields lines for the septic tank and fixed the broken distribution box. very professional and very kind. my husband was ill during this time and Michael and Shane were professional, caring and did a fantastic job. A+++++ in my books. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: The company was here within an hour of calling. My initial options were explained as they saw the problem. After uncovering the tank, I had a broken back tee and corrugated pipe that was improperly installed when the house was built. This was fixed with PVC, tank pumped and the entire system checked. |I would definitely call them again if needed.

 + -1 moreHad a very good experience from the initial phone call to inquire about the service all the way through the completion of servicing my septic tank. Since I had never had my septic serviced before, I had a lot of questions to ask. Jim and Mike answered all my questions and I felt I received a good working knowledge of how a septic system works and why things were designed a certain way. Honestly, it was a pleasant experience due to the fact that it is difficult in general to trust a contractor when they come out to the house for a service call. The price of the service was what I expected. Very satisfied !
