Paul arrived on time and was very professional & knowledgeable. I especially liked it when I asked him to explain how the parts he had taken apart to clean worked. Paul explained the function in a way that made sense to me. My husband and I were very pleased with the level of service Paul provided and we will request him in the future if we require his assistance. We also have every intention of ensuring everyone we know gets his contact info as we all know how difficult it is to find the level of service Paul provided.

Overall, we are very happy with the results. Working with Bill was a pleasure to work with. He was involved throughout the whole process and did most of the work. Having the owner this involved was unique and reassuring that the quality of the job was as important as completing it. During the estimate process, Bill ensured we were getting the right system for what we needed versus over paying for a name brand. I appreciate his involvement months later once we were ready for vent covers and final thermostat hook-up. I would highly recommend - do as early as you can for new projects.

Bill came to my house earlier to fix an AC issue and he took care of the problem. While looking at this issue he noticed another important problem with the heating unit. I am thankful to him that he noticed it and promptly told me about the problem. It was a difficult issue because it required coordination with a roofing company. There were some scheduling complications due to the roofing company not coming in at the right time etc. But Bill took the time to be there twice to accommodate these scheduling difficulties. Many thanks to Bill for finally seeing it through the end and resolving the issue!

Bill showed up 2 hours after my initial call. Did afull diagnostic check up on my system and found nothing to be wrong other than a faulty thermostat. we traded out my thermostat to a new one and now the system works perfectly! Thanks for the professional service! I will definitely do business with Indoor Comfort Solutions again!

I was contacted right away for my contact information so that they could schedule the tune up and then did not hear anything. I reached out to the Company a few days later and was told that they were currently only doing service calls to people who did not have a working air conditioner, but that they would check the schedule and get back with me. Several days later I still had not heard anything from the Company so I called them to see if we could get on the schedule. I was told they still we only doing service to non-working units. I asked that I either be added to the schedule or refunded my money. They didn't even try to add to the the schedule and told me instead that they would get my money to me back in the mail. I understand that this is a busy season with it being so hot out, but maybe they should not sell the deal if they can't support it.

I thought I would wait days. I put my request in on Thursday night and I was fit in Friday night because I had no cold air. I also thought I would need a whole new system due to age and suddenly no cold air. I was thrilled it was fixed so inexpensively and quickly. The staff on the phone and Bill the technician were kind and professional. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort Solutions.

I was very Happy with Bill and Team. They accommodated me in their schedule when my home was freezing. early in the morning. I had some subsequent problems, that were fixed with just cleaning the furnace, they came back with no charge. Bill and team are very prompt and always make their promised time.

Went perfect. Arrived on time, did all the checks. Changed filter of my AC unit which was included in the 35 USD. Would hire again!

Sooooo...I don't usually post right after receiving a service, I like to make sure that the quality holds up. I can say that Indoor Comfort solutions quality of work has. After moving to the Suwanee area 2 years ago, I was in need of some HVAC repair. I did what most normal people do. Google, Angies list, Kudzu, BBB. I called out 4 different companies to take a look at the job at hand. I had 2-3 ton units (late 1990?s models) that needed some major repair. I got the cost of repair vs total replacement from all companies. I decided at that point it was time to upgrade. Indoor comfort solutions won the job. (based on references, availability and price). They replaced both Condenser?s and furnaces and both thermostats in 1 day. (I got the fancy energy efficient variable speed fans). I could not believe how drastic my power bill dropped!! I have the AC pumping all summer. It has been about a year now and the system has worked great! I will definitely use Indoor Comfort solutions in the future.

Amazing, Bill was very prompt for a 7:30 a.m. apt. He presented a business card upon arrival , we discussed the problem, he knew immediately what the issue was. He was very conscience of my time knowing I had to get to work.

Service was great, very professional. I would definitely recommend using this company. They did a great job and pointed out some concerns regarding my A/C unit in preparation for summer.

Technician checked the furnace and cooling unit. He also instructed resident how to change the filter. He added Freon.

This was a very positive experience. There was great communication all around, by phone, email, and in person. Bill came out to give a free quote, then when we agreed on a Friday afternoon that he would do the job, he was at my home on Monday morning with parts ready to install. He finished in 3 hours as he predicted, and there was no additional labor or charge to his quote. Very professional, high quality, and great overall experience. I will definitely call this company again for my HV/AC needs. Already have a quote in progress for my next job!

The technician arrived within the designated time frame. Showed and explained the system readings and suggested replacing capacitors, which was expected. Explained why certain components of the furnaces would need to be replaced and their estimated remaining life. I made a call to someone I had used for several years in another state, and that technician agreed with the suggestions. I will be calling Indoor Comfort Solutions again this Spring to perform the annual maintenance on my three AC units.

Bill arrived at the agreed upon time and got to work checking the two outdoor heat pumps. He gave me an honest assessment of what repairs that should be done, and performed them quickly when I gave the go-ahead. Now the upstairs unit heats like it should!

As always, Bill and Indoor Comfort Solutions provided high quality, reasonably prices, and professional work. They always arrive on time and leave behind a clean work site. I could not be more pleased! I have lived in this house for 28 years and cannot ever remember being as comfortable in my house. Previously when the furnace was on it was always either too hot or too cold. This new furnace is set for 68 degrees and it is comfortable 24-7.
