I contacted EntryPoint through Angie's List. I wanted to know if they could install a door I had purchased. They responded that they could. I called to set up an appointment for them to give me an on-site estimate. Again, I confirmed that it was for installing a door that I already had. Apparently, there is some mis-communication between the office and installer. When the worker came by to do the estimate, I was informed that the company only installs doors that they sell to the client.

Customer service was excellent. Brett Butler, sales consultant, was prompt, professional and helpful. The installer was prompt and friendly. The price was much lower than other estimates. The whole experience was very good.

I scheduled an appointment with them for 9 am on Tuesday and no one showed up. I called around 9:20 to see if anyone was going to come out and they didn't call until the next day. They left a message asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment - no apology.

Our nine year old wood patio door was rotting due to rain splashing on bottom. Entry Doors came out gave estimates on different doors. We chose to go with a fiberglass double paned patio door? In addition, several lock sets were replaced for cosmetic and functioning reasons. Entry Door did a beautiful job on all doors.

What a GREAT company. They showed up around 9:00 AM and worked through the whole day and got it all almost complete. They came back the next day and finished the job. The installation is just perfect. Kevin did a wonderful job and his carpentry skills are the best. We did have a slight problem with the glass in the door. I called Paul Butler and he had it taken care of immediately What is really great Paul, the owner, and his son came out and replaced the glass themselves. This shows me that he really cares about quality and making sure the job is perfect. Do yourself a favor and do not do any entry way without getting an estimate from this company.

My initial contact was with Paul Butler. He was very professional with my e-mail or telephone conversations with him and advised me what could be done with our existing doors. Brett Butler scheduled an appointment with us at our home and showed us different glass options from which we could choose. He spent alot of time with us and there was no pressure on us to make a quick decision. He met us at the local ODL glass warehouse so that we could see the actual options for which we had narrowed down our preferences. Paul and Frank Butler installed the glass on site at our house and did a great job!. The glass accents our doors so well, and it looks like we purchased brand new glass doors. Electing the option of modifying our existing doors versus purchasing new ones was less expensive, and we have had favorable comments on how well the doors look. I contacted Paul on an adjustment which appeared to be needed on one door handle and lock. Brett came out promptly and made the adjustment. Paul, Brett and Frank are very professional, courteous and do quality work.

They could not help me. They do not work on refinishing fiberglass doors. In fact, no one I contacted did.

We contacted EntryPoint for a quote to install clear glass in our solid single front door. They came out a few days later (9/19) and gave us a quote of $270 (net of our Angie's list 10% discount). They indicated it would be 3-4 weeks out (they had a backlog of business after a recent home show). EntryPoint called us and advised us that they could come out on 10/5 in the afternoon. Frank Butler came out on time as scheduled and was able to quickly handle the job. He removed our door, took it to his truck to do the necessary cutting into the door to create the hole and install the glass, and then rehang the door. It only took him approximately 1 hour or so to complete this. The door looks very nice and it allows us to get some additional lighting into our home (we have a covered front entry way so with the solid door it restricts the amount of natural light in our living area). Now we have more natural light and a very lovely view out our doorway to our front lawn. We are extremely pleased with our project and Frank Butler was very professional, friendly and courteous. We recommend EntryPoint to anyone who wants a professional and quality job at a very reasonable cost.

We called and made an appointment for an estimate. One of the owners came out as scheduled and gave us a full overview of their products, the process, the length of time until completed and the cost. He showed us all of the glass inserts and prices of what they had to offer. At that time we made a selection and gave him a check for $100.00 as deposit. He set up a schedule for installation of which was confirmed prior to installation. The contractor who installed the door and sidelights was on time and called prior to arriving to let us know the exact time he would arrive. About an hour or so later the owner came and delivered the glass for the door and sidelights along with a new solid door for installation of the glass. The contractor did most of the prep work prior to arrival of the door and glass inserts and was basically ready for the install of the new door with glass and sidelights. It took them about 3 hours to complete the new entry glass door and sidelights. The owner informed me that within the next few weeks when he receives the new transom he would call and schedule the install of the new glass transom. Transoms are custom made and usually take 4-5 weeks.

They were wonderful. The price was a little bit higher; but for the value I got, it was worth it. I was working with the person who owns the business and his son. They were very responsive.

I got three quotes from different providers to replace the window glass in our doors. EntryPoint did a great job walking us through our options. Their quote was in the middle range of prices for the glass and installation. We had seen their work from another one of our neighbors, who had similar work done. They were punctual the day of the install. Work was completed on time as estimated. They disposed of the old glass. Overall they were very professional and did a great job. Would use/recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time and performed the job as described. No complaints. Communication was great.

They were on time for the estimate and on time to do the job. I was a little nervous about changing the door instead of purchasing a new door. WOW! I am so happy with the results, everyone thinks I spent $2800.00 on a new door and that's what they wanted for the door I almost bought at Home Depot. Paul was awesome I can't believe the difference it makes. Well all I can say is Entry Point Doors af Atlanta has earned my trust and I am tellin everybody about my experience. I found them through a Home Show and from the point of meeting them to contracting the work, they were pleasant and good to work with. They did what they said they would do and they were very professional.

Paul Butler came to our home 1/24/2008 and gave a very reasonable estimate after seeing him at a home show. Then the saga began because we were dealing with Chinese engineers, so the month of February was shot due to their Chinese New Year celebrations. Myra Wise was very diligent with getting the proof just the way we wanted it. So finally the drawings were perfect and by this time their manufacturing plant in Mexico was in production and able to create and ship the glass in 30 days. July 30th Paul delivered & installed the glass quickly & efficiently.

THEY WERE PATIENT, ADVISED US WELL, AND WERE FAST AND DETAILED. MADE SURE THE NEW KEYS WORKED AS WELL.
