Very professional and honest service at a fabulous price. What more care you ask for?

The tech was professional and polite and he did his work quickly. I was interested in a service agreement until I got the details. Basically they want to charge you the annual fee less the fee paid to Angies List, which is about 25% of their service fee. It would be far cheaper for me to wait until just before the next service is due, then schedule them to come out and sign up then. That way I would get two visits for barely more than they wanted to charge me for one.

Vu came and performed our service. He is very knowledgable and professional. He explained in detail all steps of his service inspection. I would definitely use Comfort Control again!!

Selected this company because they said they cleaned condenser coils as part of their tune-up. We found that the hot surface igniter was non operational so we repaired that and we also paid for tune ups of 3 units. The service person was charming, and pleasant but I was disappointed after the fact. We pre-paid for a tune-up of 3 units which included cleaning the condenser coils. 1 unit was marginally cleaned, and the other 2 were not cleaned. They were 'inspected', and the inspection included saying that we needed to spend lots of money to AVOID future problems. We opted against that. I ended up hiring another company a week later to service the units properly and clean their condenser coils. Ideally we should be reimbursed $70.00 for not properly performing the tune-up of the 2 units. Very disappointed with comfort control.

Everything was fine. It was reasonable. It was okay. They're professional. I've used Angie's List for that. I have no issues.

Started inside and worked out way out to the compressor unit. Showed me all the steps. Burned out compressor motor.

Service was never performed!

He came up aNd did all that he needed to do the tune up. But he comes and says the capacitor is not working fine and wants $200to fix. I did not believe what he said. My ac runs good still without him fixing anything.

Serviceman was right on time. I have a 14+ year old system. He told me what to watch for and how to baby my unit so it might last longer.

Phillip from Comfort Control came over for an Inspection & Tune Up deal that I purchased through Angie's List. He was very thorough & professional. After the inspection he explained all the results in detail and suggested ways to rectify certain issues. He also replaced a secondary motor in one of the systems which had burnt. Overall I was happy with the service.

Purchased an annual A/C inspection and the technician, Ta was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He found several parts that he recommended be replaced and thoroughly explained why he felt they should be replaced. He made sure I understood what the issues were in plain language and I felt very comfortable that he was working in my best interests and not out to make a quick buck. Comfort Control is a small firm and it is clear they treat their people and customers like family. Will definitely use again

I called the company and that is when they notified me that they do not service my area.
