Description of Work: I made the appointment and they called before coming out and were on time and courteous. I thought the offer was for cleaning. The technician called into the office and verified that cleaning wasn't included so I cancelled the service. The technician was very pleasant.

Description of Work: Before purchasing the deal, I checked to see if both my homes were within the company's service area. They were. I purchased the deal. I had one home inspected. I felt the inspector was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I was ready to schedule the second appointment, I was told that Marietta, GA was not within their service area. I disputed that fact and said that I verified it before purchasing. Oddly, later that very same day, I was unable to log on to that company's listing within Angie's List. The next day the site was back online and could be viewed. Marietta was no longer within the listed service area for the company. I guess from now on I should take screen shots of a company's service area prior to purchasing deals.

Description of Work: Bo called first, showed up exactly on time (estimate between 8a-830a), was neat, professional, courteous, and as far as I can tell did a very thorough job. He replaced a part (contactor) that was cracked and showed signs of arcing/burn marks, so since it was a safety issue I had him do it. He sold me their annual maintenance plan where they will come out several times a year to check and clean the HVAC and replace the filter (way under the house in a dirty crawlspace). I usually would not succumb to a sales pitch, but I thought the price ($157) was reasonable as I am certainly not getting under the house. I'll see how they do in the coming year. If they stay as professional as they were today, I think it will be money well spent on preventative maintenance.

Description of Work: I bought 2 deals to service both a/c units. When i called to get the service scheduled, they told me they normally didn't work in my area but would have someone in the neighborhood on one day only. The day they had didn't work for me and they were unwilling to accommodate me since it was out of their normal service area, it wasn't worth the trip for them to come out to me. I wish they would have put the areas they were willing to come out in on the deal fine print. I'd like a refund of the amount i paid for the 2 coupons that I purchased.

Description of Work: The company called to schedule the appointment before spring starts that they will no longer provide Furnace service. Buyer has no time for appointment during this time frame.

Description of Work: The service guy came out from Comfort Control on time and presented with a very professional presence. He performed the necessary tune up on both of my furnaces and gave a very detailed report on the condition of them. As long as we have been in this house I have never had such an excellent experience as this one. I was very pleased with the service and will be calling them again for further service if needed and possibly for a furnace replacement.

Description of Work: We used Comfort Control to have our furnace cleaned/serviced. The representative who came out to our house was very professional, and not at all pushy. He offered helpful advice about the replacement filters we'd been using. I'm sure we'll be calling them again.

Description of Work: The technician that serviced my furnace was extremely informative not only about my furnace but also about my crawl space area and how to maximize the life of my furnace by maintaining the crawl space properly.
