Description of Work: I told tech. not to test level of freon, due to earlier work (4years ago) that tech did, to Freon fix leak in way that would not allow any Freon to ever be added. Tech did so anyway and released gas into the air. He then said it was no big deal since it was only gas not fluid. Also I did not get paper receipt only e mail

Thank you for your time in writing a review. As part of our tune up check list the tech's do test freon level on systems to ensure proper cooling for the season. Our tech's are able to perform this test with out releasing the much needed freon into the air, but I certainly do understand your concern as a homeowner myself. Please be assured our work has a 2 year warranty should any problem arise from our visit we would certainly make it right. We do have a new computer program that emails all receipts to home owners before they leave your drive way. If this receipt is not in your email or spam please call our office and we will be very happy to print it out and mail it to your home address.
