Description of Work: We had Comfort Control out to diagnose and fix the ac blowing semi-cold air. They did a great job and explained the issues found and possible solutions. Very professional and courteous service. They didn't leave until they were sure the cold air was fixed. We ended up replacing the main unit on the home (we have 2 units) a few days after the service and used Comfort Control for the replacement as well. Both service visits were different technicians but the same quality service and professionalism.

Description of Work: They came out to check my heating and air unit because the fan on the outside unit wasn't working. They said I need a new system which is true, the system I have is 14 yrs old. I called another company for a estimate and they came out and found the reason why my fan wasn't working on the unit itself, a minor adjustment and now it's working fine. They told me the other company comfort control couldn't determine the problem with the unit on the inside if my fan wasn't working.

Description of Work: On time. Courteous. Replaced blown dual capacitor and checked unit to be sure all was working properly. Didn't try to charge for extra services. They were here, replaced the part and gone in about 30 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Went as expected.
Description of Work: Vu came out for a tune-up. This was a Big Deal that I purchased. He diagnosed leaks in the condenser coil. My unit is 16 years old and needs to be replaced soon. He was very professional and courteous. I'm I'm Just having a hard time finding time to have John come out to give me an estimate on new system.
