Description of Work: We had 3 air conditioner units which were given the 35-point check-ups. We were told that 2 of the units needed preventive maintenance maintenance, which added an additional approx. $500 to the cost. We can only trust that those parts needed to be replaced, and Lord willing, our units will run wonderfully this summer! |

Description of Work: Vu was very pleasant and informative. He was thorough and I felt did everything he could to help my AC's work better. I have two systems and both are very old and in need of replacing. He added freon to both and suggested replacing at least one given the cost of repairing it. Given the cost of a new system, I've decided to hope they both continue working for another year or two before replacing them, but Vu didn't push for me to repair or replace - he just gave me the information I needed to make a decision. I think the cost of some of the repairs was a bit high, but since I didn't choose to have it done I'm not going to rate them on those prices.

Description of Work: I saw the advertised special (Coupon Code Hvac-1973755-1) and since we were having problems with our AC I decided to purchase it. But since our AC problem was more immediate and involved than the AC Tune-up could handle, I went ahead and called to cancel it. They were very nice about it and said they would issue the refund right away.

Description of Work: Technician was a very nice guy and punctual. He checked the system and found the problem with the outdoor condenser after a few minutes. A piece of the motor had burned out. He installed it in about 10 minutes with the replacement piece costing about $225 (not thrilled about that). The tech came and went within 30 minutes. Overall satisfied with the service and would use again.

Description of Work: I purchased 18-Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up service for my rental property. I did not meet the technician so I am not able to provide review on the quality, punctuality, and professionalism. I received a call from the technician with recommended services/repairs. The estimate of the recommended services/repairs is $1190. The same HVAC unit was inspected and serviced by another company two weeks prior because of a miscommunication between me and my property management company. Nothing was noted by the first technician. Since I was not at the rental property when both technicians came to inspect the HVAC system, I can't say who is right or who is wrong. I guess time will tell.

Description of Work: The tune-up on one A/C unit that I needed service was done very well to my satisfaction. The service rep Vu did a complete electrical and physical check of the unit. New freon was added and cleaned the unit after wards. Vu was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He tells you what you need and the options you can take when you are ready to buy in. The price was good. I would buy the service again.

Description of Work: They did a check up and filter replacement on my AC system. The representative was prompt, personable and professional. A pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: I had them come out for a check-up on the two AC units in the house I bought 5 months ago, which are very old. The tech was on time, courteous, and very professional. He inspected the systems, replaced the filters and rinsed the units, then gave me a thorough list of issues and fixes. Nothing surprising since the units are 17 and 23 years old. He also recommended based on the number of issues and age that I should consider replacing the units rather than sink a large amount into maintaining the old, which I keep in mind. I would recommend them and would call Comfort Control again for service or repairs.
