Comfort Control Heating & Air Conditioning

Suggested to replace both A/C units capacitors, and a saver. Asked(quote) about $800 to do that. I didn't do it. I have to get a second opinion to get it done.

The service tech was extremely professional, clean, and knowledgeable. My unit required a special filter which costs more, but I was already prepared for that.

Received an Angie's list HVAC tune up coupon for this company on 08/20. I was having people come over for the evening of the 21st so I called to see if they could come out on the 21st. To my surprise they had a technician available for 8AM on the 21st. Ta Kim came out and did a great job in servicing both of my units. He did mention other products, but no pressure to buy. I have no problem with that. Highly recommended; will use in the future.

They came out and inspected the units in the attic. Once they were finished he explained all of the results to me. Then he inspected the units outside, and washed the outside units. He was great.

Prompt service. Only repaired what was necessary.

It is rare that you find an honorable company..... this proves to be the case, once again. We purchased an inspection/maintenance deal from this company. He wasn't even going to change change the filter..... but we had one so he went up in the attic and replaced it. (at our cost). Wouldn't you think a "service" would include taking the panel off the AC unit and checking for cleanliness? Imagine my surprise to come home from work, August 5, to find the AC out. We called a friend of a friend. The first thing he did was take the panel off. Filth. No air could get through so the safety switch kicked it off. He explained what happened and asked when the last time it has been cleaned. I replied last service which was this company in April. He said - Absolutely no way!! This is at least 1 1/2 yrs of dirt. You are lucky the compressor didn't blow and face with a $1200 repair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

They were quick and efficient and they did an overall great job.

Called before showing, showed up on time, was courteous, gave our AC a tune up and went over everything with us. We will be using them in the fall for our furnace tune up and every change of seasons from there on out. Highly recommended!

I was satisfied with Comfort Control installing a new AC & furnace. The techs were friendly and kept me informed on everything they had to complete in order to install the new HVAC. Comfort Control provided us with a reasonable warranty. The new HVAC system was installed correctly and works flawlessly.

Well, the tech came out and said the Free-on levels were 5lbs low and recommended to fill it with more free-on and a sealant. He did not give me any garuntees that this would work but said they have had lots of success. He charged $720 for that visit with the Free-on. It lasted about two days. The heat got up to the 90's and the unit was struggling to keep it even in the high eighty's. I called them back and now the tech said that the coil unit must have a serious leak and will have to replace the coils and the outside AC unit. Now the quote was up to $4500!!! I then waited a week to get a call back for a quote and time to install my new AC unit and coil. Never heard from them, probably because they knew they already robbed me. I called another AC company referred to me by a friend and said that any unit that was below 2lbs low on Free-on should of indicated that there was a major leak in the coils and needed to be replaced and that the sealant and free-on should never of been installed. I believe if the company was honest from the start and I did not throw away $700 I would of been happy with their service and company, but they just want to bleed you. And if that is not the case then they need better educated techs. I would not use their service again.

They were great! They sent out a technician to help troubleshoot why our very old A/C units were not keeping up in the extreme heat, only to find that the system was almost totally void of coolant. We had just purchased the home and knew the units were old, but we weren't expecting that we would need to replace them right away. Luckily, Comfort and Control was there to the rescue! We decided to have them install 2 new A/C and furnace units and I was very impressed with their sales engineer and how he explained everything to us. They were nice enough to get us by until the install date a few days later by putting enough coolant in the system to get us by. The installers did a great job and put our new units nicely into place and you couldn't even tell they had been there. They did a nice and neat job and we have been very happy with the new systems! They even helped us find interest-free financing and included a 10 year warranty on the systems. We are very happy with Comfort Control and look forward to using them in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs!

Josh showed up on time, and he was very professional. He checked out our entire system and gave us recommendations on how to keep it running efficiently for the rest of the summer.

Did checkup on system and spent 2 hours. I was amazed that it was still only $69.00. The technician really knew his stuff and did not mind me following him around and asking questions. I actually learned a lot. He did make some recommendations but was not pushy about getting me to buy anything. I will absolutely be recommending these guys and will use them again in the future.

The technician was prompt, professional and pricing was excellent. I made the purchase online with Angie's List and they responded quickly. They didn't charge me anything more. They came the same day. I made the purchase and they called me within an hour. They were really quick and I will be using them again.

Fantastic, I would never buy something without several offers but after meeting with Comfort Control, their price, product and transferable 10 warranty on parts and labor, I went with them and glad I did. When they gave me the price I thought it was just for the system. When they said that that was the complete price including a 10 year transferable warranty on parts and labor I went with them. Great Price, Great Service and 100% satisfied. They arrived promptly, were very professional and had the whole system changed out in 3 hours. I highly recommend Comfort Control to anyone looking to replace their AC system. I will give their name to anyone who asks me.

Originally scheduled with Comfort Control for an A/C tuneup in hopes of extending the life of the struggling units. Ta Kim thoroughly checked and inspected the units and showed me some issues with my 20 year old system. After several previous repairs I was planning on having both systems replaced in the near future. I decided to get quotes for replacement and obtained several quotes. John came out and looked at my system and explained what needed to be done and suggested some improvements including some upgrades I was looking into. The price was below other quotes for similar work, including better equipment and 0% financing. The install was clean and professional with a final walk through, explaining the work that was done with instructions for the new system. What I found when dealing with Comfort Control is the following: a text and a call telling me the technician is on the way. An email with a picture of the technician and a short bio. All the people I worked with were very professional, knowledgeable willing to explain and answer any questions. Thank you cards and a gift in appreciation for the business. I will continue to use them in the future for scheduled maintenance, and highly recommend them.
