Description of Work: Replace both of our old outdate furnaces, both of our air conditioners (one did not work at all) added two new return vents, updated the condensation pump, re-sealed duct work, installed two new programmable thermostats and hauled away all the old stuff. I was very impressed with the analysis John did of our home and the climate controls we needed to have in place. The service technicians were professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after the work! Highly recommended!

Description of Work: The service rep inspected the unit which they had installed in 2010..a wire was burned out and a unit had to be replaced. The AC then responded as it should without the rumble caused by a bad connector.

Description of Work: the technician mentioned that after the service he would leave two air filters as they are part of the deal. he forgot and when i called the company, i was told that i would need to pay the site visit if i want the filters to be delivered even though the technician forgot to leave them behind.
