Description of Work: I used an Angie's deal to have my furnace and a/c serviced. Vu (technician) was prompt, very polite, and showed me what he was doing. There was no pressure for additional services, though he made me aware of annual maintenance program and benefits.

Description of Work: They was called to come see why the upstairs air conditioner. He put a part on and it still didn't work. He gave us a price of $5,000.00 to replace the unit. I thought that was very expensive so we didn't let them replace it. We got another company to come out and they charged $1,500.00 for a new unit. |I thought that the service person was in the position that he could not make a decision without calling the office.
