A/C unit went out. They came out and looked at the repair but that was going to cost up to $800 and the unit was 15 years old. They gave me several options including repair. They were able to come out the next day and do the replacement. The estimate was during the week (Friday) and they gave me a call with 30 minutes notice so I could leave work to meet them. (I didn't have to just wait until they showed up.) Not many people can be that precise. They did the installation on the next day, Saturday. Great service, very neat installation, I would recommend them to anyone needing A/C or heat service or pm.

Brian was on time. He was very helpful and very professional. This was Brian's second trip to our house as he came during the winter to repair the furnance.
Description of Work: Brian came and repaired the outside unit for the downstairs air conditioning unit. He was very professional and was able to repair the unit without replacing it. He showed me the broken parts and worked quickly as he explained to me what had happened. He also recommended that I clean the units and gave me specific directions on how to do this.

Every time I have an appointment with Comfort Control, they show up on time. I always feel that they have done a good job and my problem has been solved.
Description of Work: The heater system was checked and the repair man determined that the blower motor was bad. The motor was replaced.
