Called and made the appointment, set the date and time and they showed up on time and worked quickly. They were very professional, extremely well priced and did a great over all job.

My main issue was the time between the sale and the service. I paid in early October, but was not able to get an appointment until late November, which I had to move to December due to work. Let me know before I make the purchase when the services will be available. I would have given an A rating to all questions had I known about the delay upfront.

Overall it went well. The only snag was that I had a sidewall power venter for the old system and this caused a few hiccups as the installers did have much if any experience with this. I ended up having them replace the flue and getting rid of the power venter. Comfort Control appears to have done a quality job and they were very timely. I would recommend them.

The 2 service techs showed up on the early side of the appointment window, thankfully. They were professional and knowledgable. We mentioned to the appointment setter that we have an odd size filter, 16*24, but they did not have that size when they arrived so we ended replacing it with one of our filters. Other than that, they were great.

I used this company because they offered an Angie's List $39 Big Deal coupon for this transaction. I rate them highly but the only negative was that when we called to get them to come here, there was a significant delay before they could come out. To get an appointment there was a significant wait.

He did a very nice job. He was thorough in looing everything over before he went. He found igniter in both of my unites which had to be replaced, which he did.

Entire process from meeting with the account manager to installation was very good! The account manager met with us and gave us options on AC/Furnace replacements and we set the time and place for the install. They showed up on time and got started with the installation immediately, and finished well within their suggested time frame; sat down with us and explained what they did and gave a brief training on the thermostat. I was very pleased with the service and product, and would certainly recommend them to others.

Technician arrived on time and completed an 18 point inspection of both of my furnaces. He was very courteous and put on plastic booties over his shoes to avoid tracking dirt into my home. He did recommend replacing the ignitors since my units were so old but he did not pressure me to buy them. Will definitely use again.

They came to two of my rental houses to check up the furnaces and change filters. They said one of the furnaces is old and rusted, and needs replacement.They did not clean dirty parts. They said they only do checking, if you want the parts be cleaned, you need to make other maintenance appointment. They replace my filters with the cheapest type. I don't know what Tune-up means. Does it mean just check up and replace filter only?

The gentlemen were prompt, polite, professional, and willing to help with whatever upgrade my condo needed. I truly enjoyed having them in my home.
