Comfort Control Heating & Air Conditioning

Phillip and Brian did a fantastic job and made me feel very safe and comfortable. Phillip said that Comfort Control sells Amana furnace and air condition units and he would see if I decide to go with Comfort if he could get help with the job that I had done help with the new system. I also wanted to get new insulation put in and the old cleaned out. He said that they even do this. I am so happy that I will be able to get them both done and that worry off of my shoulder. I am going to be giving them a call very soon.

They were very professional and quick on the install.

They were good! Pricing was good, it was very competitive, that is why we choose them. All “A’s”! They were great! I found them on the Angie’s List site, we also saw them somewhere else. The people that actually came to install, they did a really great job. They were very efficient, on time, very professional.

The tech (Vu Tran) not only discovered that the original installer (from another company) installed a thermostat that wasn't compatible with dual fuel, but they had not installed the requisite outdoor thermostat. He also determined that there was too much CO in the exhaust (nat gas heat mode), that I had a non-code-compliant flue, and that there was too much static pressure on the system due to not enough return. He tuned the burners/fuel so that the system was operating well within the allowable CO range, and we opened a closed off return opening in the return manifold to help reduce the static. I am an engineer in the construction industry (electrical), so I know enough to know that the tech knew what he was talking about, and he took the time to explain everything so that I was well informed. He did not talk down to me (I didn't reveal that I was in the construction industry).

I've used them twice. They were excellent. I have even recommended them to my neighbors and stuff. One of the issues I was having with the second unit was attributed to a load management switch by the utility company and they were actually right about that because when we took that out of the equation everything was working. So they actually came out again to verify. It was not working properly. They came out and they actually did like a free service call for me and it turned out to be the problem that they suggested. So they were good. They filled my unit with Freon. Their customer service and their technicians are very knowledgeable. The cost of service was fine, it was comparable to the market. They responded quickly. In fact, their company president got back to me or something like that because I e-mailed them.

We've had them out a couple of times the last two weeks. They were here today as well.

Ta Kim from Comfort Control came to the rescue and was very thorough, including taking and showing pictures of the product systems issue. He took time to make sure I was educated on the issue and the fix. Once that was done he proceeded to repair the unit and stayed on task until the fix was accomplished. The scheduling and follow up on coordinating the appointment was outstanding.

The gentleman was pleasant and did the job listed on the offer. Then he went into a sales mode and told me why I needed a new AC/Furnace and new duct work. The price, in the thousands. Needless to say I felt the pressure, my husband was not home, but I held strong and told him we'd think about it. We did, had another company come look and see if we got the same, and we did not. They told us while we would benefit from a new unit, it wasn't necessary.

the work was actually performed at my daughter's house as it was a gift to her. She was pleased, but I don't know details.

We like many homes have an old unit. Had him refill the AC but we just need to get a new unit. Honest real work!

The people at comfort control are the best at what they do. They use quality products like Lennox and have experienced installers who know there stuff. They explained all they did well and would recommend them in the future.

There were some scheduling difficulties (technician ran late for earlier appointments and got stuck in evening rush hour traffic) but rescheduling was easy. The technician arrived on time and spent time on what was supposed to be done.

Came out and checked my heating system when it malfunctioned over the night. Ta Kim was very comprehensive in his troubleshooting very informative with all my questions asked. He did not try to up sell anything, and even though the fix was simple, I felt very at ease with him and trusted his expertise. Excellent all around!

Comfort control printed out a very detailed report. They ran a very clean and courteous service. They even gave me several recommendations to do moving forward.

While the customer service part was good, polite, punctual and quick, the actual performed worked was not up to par. The tune-up included to clean the condenser unit, and while I observed the service rinsing one of the units, after he was done the coils were still dirty, and the second unit was not even touched. I ended up getting it cleaned by a different company the next day. The work int he attic, replacing the ignitor was well done, it was just the tune-up that was a joke.

Fantastic service - punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. My HVAC unit is located in a fairly cramped crawlspace and can be quite a challenge to get to and service. The technician who provided the service was very friendly and professional. Not only did he perform all the items associated with the tune-up deal, but he also advised me on my system's age and condition, safety measures I could take to ensure the quality of air coming through my registers remain safe, and things I should consider in the event I'd like to update my system. All very helpful information. Before leaving, he provided me a summary of the services and inspection performed during his visit so I had full documentation about what was discussed. Excellent experience!

Comfort Control Inc. Heating and Air Conditioning technician Vu Tran provided "excellent quality customer service." Mr. Tran was extremely knowledgeable about the Lennox Pure Air Purification System. He provided a comprehensive inspection and review of the system. I was very satisfied with his service and look forward to using Comfort Control Inc. in the future.

It went very well, actually I was running a little late but Vu Tran (technician) said that was fine and we both got to my house about the same time. As always, he was very efficient and did a great job. Love their Angie's list discounts.

Contractor is great. The service provider was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to provide a quote for additional value with ongoing service. Highly recommend.

Technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. After examining the system, i was informed of the problems that exist. Then I was given different options to solve the problem.

Arrived on time and very professional. Identified possible issues with outside unit and provided estimate for repairs.

Was unable to coordinate an appointment with service provider. This could have been due to the email system Angie's list has set up and or a combination of them not being able to tie me to the angielist big deal over the phone. I have no idea how their quality of service is, it could be great.
