The two young men came on time and worked several hours to install a new heating/air system. Both were professional. When work was completed, I had a couple of questions which were answered. No problems and the system is working well. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.

They also did a couple of other things for me in addition to the tune-up. It went well and they did a good job.

I bought the $39.00 tune up form Comfort Control since it has been 4 years since it was checked last. They where really busy so it took a week before they came out witch I thought was good given the time of year when everyone is turning on the A/C. The tech was great and spent time checking out everything and was not in a hurry so I thought that was good. After they checked it all out and came to talk to me I was afraid that the would find something. In the past I have come to expect that they will always find something to fix. But to my surprise they said that the A/C unit was in good shape just 2 minor things that did not have to be done right then and if I did decide to fix them they gave me the price and it was not that bad. Then they asked if I would like them to change the filter with one that would last 6 months and when I asked how much that would run the tech told me that it was included in the service so I said yep. After that he cleaned p his stuff and was gone. Now I went online to see what the filter would cost me when it comes time to change it and was shocked to find out they run for about $30 so I thought that this was a great deal and plan on having them back in the Fall to check out the furnace

They were knowledgeable , polite, and professional. They came on time as well. However they were suppose to bring us new filters for our home and never did, I reached out to the company for this service, but they never showed.

Our upstairs a/c unit stopped working and my husband found that the coils were frozen. When we called to schedule the appt. they were very helpful and allowed us to use the Angi's list big deal coupon we purchased for the service call even though it was for an a/c inspection. We were able to schedule an appt. for the next day. The technician was punctual and professional. He explained the problem and when I told him we had a home warranty he advised us to call and have them come out to find and fix a probable leak. He loaded the freon and the a/c is working again.

Comfort Control Inc came and he tuned up the furnace and he left. He just did the winter tune up. I can't remember much about it so for all I would give him an 'A'.

The company responded quickly to my request for a service call. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to in scheduling a day and time for the technician to come out. The technician came out same day and was finished completing the required repairs on our ac units within 2 hours. My husband and I have had the worst experience when contacting contractors or repairmen to come to our home, but Comfort Control made up for those bad experiences! We will definitely use them again for our furnace & a/c needs. Thank you Comfort Control! You did a wonderful job.

responsive and prompt. estimate was lowest of those we solicited, and that included high-end lennox system, a few duct upgrades, touch screen thermostat controls, yearly maintenance, and attic door insulation. installation of 2 furnaces in attic and 2 AC units outside. 3 guys worked effiiciently and quickly and even vacuumed up when done. beginning to end, work took 7 hours. they had to return a few days later to tweak a couple of things, but no problems overall. great experience (even after we wrote that big check!)

Promptly quoted when requested. Provided competitive price. Performed work when promised and within schedule. Plan to use this firm for our yearly maintenance plan.

They did ok. The service they performed was fine but I told them I was also interested in working out some kind of bundle deal for my three rental homes. They said they'd get back to me once they returned to their office but they never did.

I did not have an issue scheduling the appointment. The technician seemed knowledgeable and was on-time but the cost of the service was more than anticipated. The business is family-owned.

It went so well that they are now my A track people. I use them regularly now, for fall and spring tune ups and everything. I don't recall any extra charges. They did a check and everything and maybe I just scheduled them for a tuneup. I have done a lot of work with them since then. I have had both my furnace and my AC replaced, because they discovered a crack in my furnace. Everything they done has been top notch. They are now my go to people and they have an annual deal where for two hundred and fifty dollars you get the fall and spring tune up along with other stuff in between. It's a kind of guarantee. They always send the same gentleman, I guess one time they sent someone different. It's all running together now because I have used them so much. They are great, punctual, prices are reasonable, they always explain everything to you. With the replacement of my equipment, they just explained what the situation was and the long term prognosis. So in one case, I decided to switch it out sooner than later and then the furnace was bothered down the line. I am really comfortable with them.

They performed all the bullet points on their checklist until they discovered a clogged condensation pipe. They were unable to unclogg pipe and suggested I call a plumber. I called someone I found on Craigslist and they quickly unclogged the pipe.

One of my units was freezing and I knew I would need additional service. Setting the appointment was very easy. They called me to confirm an appointment once they received my purchased deal. The serviceman was very friendly and professional. He explained and showed me everything that was wrong and how much it would cost to fix unit. Due to the age and cost of the repairs, he recommended that I replace the unit. But did not pressure me and answered all the questions I had. Once I decided to purchase a new unit, he contacted the office to send someone out that day to assess the situation and give me some quotes. There was a little mix up in communication with the office staff at this point; but the salesman quickly contacted me and was out to assess the situation. He explained my options and explained to my satisfaction what they could do for me. He did not high pressure me which I appreciated. I did decide to go with another provider due to price. But I was definitely impressed with their maintenance service plan they offer and will consider using it when its time to maintain my two units again. They didn't work for my new unit, but I would definitely recommend them for the maintenance plan.

They came out, and the technician who came out was very professional, he was on time, and they called to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything to us, and in fact I am glad we called them because we had to replace two parts on our heather. We noticed that it wasn't going off as it was supposed to be going. He said the starter and another part had to be replaced, and the next part to go would be the motor. We got a plan that they would come out and service the air conditioner for us. We had to buy the parts, and that was additional. We have two units, and they gave us a discount. I think their price was reasonable, and he said he gave us a 10% discount.

I purchased the tune up deal. They immediately scheduled with me and came out at my convenience a week later. 2 systems were checked and cleaned. Fast, super friendly. He didn't try to sell me a bunch more products or services. I would definitely use them again.

They checked and repaired my AC. They were very informative.

I met with John Browder of Comfort Control in 2012 and again 12/2013. He is a super knowledgeable and professional HVAC person. He spent plenty of time answering all my questions regarding a replacement heat pump unit. He checked my home for inefficiencies in regards to performance output and etc. I had a unit installed in early January. Seth and Jerry were all business and had it done in short order. I?ve had a couple of issues with the unit that may have been related to the extreme winter conditions ( Ice / snow storms and lower than normal temps ). However, when I had issues, these folks came zippy quick to resolve them. I even had the owner Tom visit my home. I found that VERY impressive. I feel really good about selecting this business. I?ll review again if anything deteriorates but so far I hold this business and their commitment to their customer in the highest regard.

Received 3 bids for the replacement of AC, Furnace and water heater. Comfort Control gave me the best price, and was the most professional in giving me the estimate. Scheduled the install within 10 days of estimate. 2 Technicians took the whole day to complete the job. Everything went smooth, and the Technicians answered any questions I had during the install. All the work looks clean and professional . They cleaned up well, and hauled way all old equipment.

The service was fine. I bought two of the deals. This is the first time that I used them. The technician was polite, he was thorough, he called when he was on his way to our house, he came out in time, and he worked on it for not too long, and not too short a time.

All went very well. They were courteous and efficient.

They came out immediately on the weekend one summer when temperatures were making life without ac a challenge and we had the new system in the next day. You can probably find another company that will cost a little less (maybe). But, the quality and prompt service, and knowledge of their service guys have instilled my confidence and improved our overall hvac experience. Their office personnel are also prompt and easy to work with. The salesman is also reasonable and will work with you. I have been a satisfied customer for over five years now.
