Comfort Control Heating & Air Conditioning

Everything went well, and I had no issues with the service. In fact, they did so well that I hired them to replace my air conditioning unit at a later date.

I wasn’t really pleased because he came by to give it a tune-up, but the pilot light didn’t light after he did the service so he told me that I needed the thermal coupler replaced. He replaced it, and then it stopped working. I had to have him come in the following week since the thermal coupler didn’t work and I was without heat for a couple of days. I also didn’t like that he added that the system was old and needed to be replaced, which I thought was blatant sales tool.

He arrived on time and walked us through the work after he finished. Also advised us on how much more life we have in the A/C unit. We decided to purchase an annual tune-up package for 2014 so as to save money. Thus the furnace will be tuned up as well in the Fall. This company is honest and customer-oriented.

The guy showed up on time, in uniform in a company van. He was extremely polite, wore booties inside and went straight to work. He performed the tune up on 2 units in 1 hour or so and made a few recommendations which I decided to put off until later. We had an initial issue with our first appointment because they call to confirm, and if you don't answer they cancel the appointment. While this wasn't a terrible issue for us, we did have to reschedule. The only issue I have is that the lady who booked my appointment (who was very courteous) neglected to mention that the $64 charge was per unit. My house, like most has 2 units, so that should be made clear upfront. Perhaps I'm naive, but I honestly was expecting $64 not $128. Overall, I would hire them again. They knew what they were doing, they were clean, on-time and courteous.

Very nice provider. The gentleman was very personable and walked me through everything he was doing in great detail. He helped explain the filter system and how often they should be checked and replaced. Everything I could have asked for.

Everything went great. They were very thorough and explained everything to me carefully.

I paid extra for a dye that was supposed to find a leak that might have been in my system. They were supposed to come back out and check it but they never did.

The Service Technician didn"t perform the service I pay ed fore . Stated that the thermostat had to be replaced before he could do anything?? I had a new thermostat but when I called the front office I was told I had to purchase a thermostat threw them.

Josh was excellent at showing us the problem and clearly explaining the technical details. John gave us a clear set of options that we determined to be reasonable after doing some further checking. 2 days later Jerry and Seth were here to install a new system...work was completed in 4 hours including checkout. Jerry and Seth gave us a good overview on operating the new HVAC including the programmable thermostat and left the work area in spotless condition.

Service tech performed annual check. Reviewed with me what needed to be replaced now and in the future. Was not pushy in selling me items that needed to be done in the future. I plan on doing them at a future date. I bought the service policy so I spent enough for the day.

Technician showed up earlier than time window provided but he called up if could come early. Professional attitude and detail and thorough job. Clean up after job completed and answered all my questions.I will use them again in future for any HVAC service.

Other than the fact that it took several weeks for an available opening, all went well. I thought the technician was professional and technically knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic experience with Comfort Control. They were on time, thorough, and explained what they recommended to keep our A/C units running smoothly. The technician noted that one of our units was quite old, but did not pressure me at all into getting a quote or replacing the unit. When this unit does go, I will definitely consider a quote from Comfort Control. I'll also use them for future inspections.

I was hoping to have the service performed within the next two weeks but they got back to me saying the next available appointment is a day after I am leaving town. I had no problems with the company themselves but wasn't able to schedule with them this time around.

Vu, the service technician was very prompt and responsive. He called to say where he was and when he would be at my house. He spent about an hour checking my heater, cleaning the outside AC unit and testing the compressor. He also added a coating to the AC unit - some places charge extra for that. Vu was professional and knowledgable. Very nice to talk to and I had several questions which he took time to explain and show me potential issues. I had no issues - just a weakening compressor (that I replaced myself for $28 in 5 minutes). I was very happy with the thoroughness and the fact I wasn't gouged for more services than i needed. Vu gave me some signs to look out for and i will certainly call Comfort Control if I need assistance.

When contacting them, they were very understanding. They informed me that they received a lot of requests and they need to book out 6 weeks, they understood that I cannot do that with my schedule.

It worked out well; they were good. I bought their $39 Big Deal and it was for a tune up on one unit, I bought the deal for two units; I ended up having a repair done so I paid more than the Deal amount. I actually called them because I had a problem and they detected the problem. It was pretty pricey but they are a small company and they do good work so their prices tend to be a little higher but they guarantee their work. I have not had any issues with the units. If I find another cheaper provider with the same quality I would shift.

They do a good job at a reasonable price. I have been using them for 2-3 years now. They are not very good about sending me the bill on time.

It was difficult for me to make the initial appointment because they are only open from 8 to 5 for non-emergency appointments. Once the technician came out, the recommendations and service he performed went wonderfully. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my system. I tried to go through them to change out my system, and because of their office hours, I was given an appointment one week later, even though I had no air conditioning at all. The salesman couldn't even come out to speak with me outside of these hours. I went with another service for a new AC system.

Very profession, very punctual. Called ahead to verify. They seemed very customer service oriented and were very friendly. And I thought the pricing was very reasonable. They've serviced my house twice and given me what I though was good advice both times. I'll definitely keep using them. I plan to hire them to replace my two aging units.

Appt was on time and confirmed ahead of time. Technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. No upsale pressure. Took shoes off when entering house. Great expereinec all the way around - my sew HVAC team for future needs.

Technician Vu Tran called before arrival to let me know he was on schedule and on his way. He promptly went to work on the A/C unit outside and under the house where the rest of the system is located. Afterwards, he compiled a complete list of everything that was done and suggestions and an estimate for a maintenance item. I would definitely recommend Comfort Control and plan to use them again in the fall for my annual furnace inspection and tune up.

Was impressed with consultant John Broder's expertise and all around knowledge of heating and air current technology. John explained in laymen's terms how the equipment worked, technology behind it and clearly articulated differences between different combinations of furnaces & a/c units. I felt no pressure to buy or upgrade to equipment I did not need. When he gave me conflicting information that I received from another vendor he went into detail why his explanation was accurate and cited gov't certification codes to support his position. He was the only vendor that actually took room by room measurements as well as counting vent intakes and exhausts to match the proper furnace & A/C units to my needs. Comfort Control price was under other quotes for same equipment. John has over 16 years in the business from technician to mgmt. roles and is highly qualified. Seth led the installation with his partner and showed up on time...was respectful of our home...laying tarps over carpets to avoid soiling them and left work areas cleaner than when they arrived....they also were very knowledgeable and efficient during the installation.

I was very impressed with the one who gave me the estimate and the two guys who installed my air conditioning unit. We felt good about the price. They did a very good work, they were very neat and punctual. They were in and out in about six hours.
