He did well, all items were checked and tecnician went over them wih me.

They contacted me and they let me know they don't service my area. It should have been listed on their deal where they cover.

Everything went well, and I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with both technicians that came out. They showed/told me their concerns about my equipment and were prompt, polite, and professional. Scheduling was easy, both technicians called to give me a 30-45 minute head's up and both arrived on time. I have not used Comfort Control for actual repairs yet, but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Also, I haven't purchased equipment from them, but I wouldn't hesitate to get a quote from them.

The company stated they are outside of my service area.

The service went well. The technician did a very good job and was courteous. He explained everything he was doing. I ended up contracting with the company for an annual service plan. Their pricing is fair. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Manager, Josh, came out to my house personally, and he told me that whatever problems I have in the future he would be happy to work with me and give me the best price.

They got my gas fixed. They got my gas fixed. One of the things I was surprised was that I got the same guy and he explained things to me and showed me my options. They called me to set up the appointment and was on time.

They worked on it. There was nothing surprising.

We were pleased with them. They did a good job. They've saved us a lot of money! They come out twice a year for maintenance, and they're always very professional. Over the years, they've installed our whole HVAC system, and my son's heat pump, too!

Our thermostat wasn't working. We tried to replace ourselves and could not get to work. Comfort was able to get someone to us same day. We have a two month old and did not want a family sleep in by the fireplace! Very happy, fixed within hours of calling!

When I called them, they showed up on time, and he was very thorough. I was very happy with the work that they did. The big deal was for $39, and there were no additional charges. They were punctual, and they seemed competent. The price was very good, $39 is well below what the market price is.

I called them at 11am, they had someone out by 3:30. The technician call before he arrived to confirm his time and distance from the house. The technician arrived, dressed professionally, and was friendly from the start. He immediately went to work asking me what the trouble was and other information that could help. After reviewing the thermostat system, he removed the covered of the air handler and found a blown capacitor. Easy fix, as it in the truck, 127 to replace. Service call 69 with Angie's discount. What I like best is that he continued to test and review the system, inside and out, after he have made the replacement. He also translated his findings on how they were within the power ranges, etc, that they expect to see. Knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Comfort Control and Vu (technician).

Vu was very professional and informative. He was not pushy but did give us honest information about our aging heating system. We know that we are lucky that it still works and are aware that it will need to be replaced sooner than later. Both our heating and air units are approaching 23 years of use. I happened to mention that I used Angie's List to find your company and Vu informed us that we would receive $20 off our bill.

They were very nice but advised that I should have some very expensive work done and that was not in my budget.

From the very beginning, their service was incredible. John took the time to educate me on systems and helped me make the right choice for my home and my budget. Installation went quickly and smoothly, and Ty and Chris cleaned up everything, including vacuuming three flights of stairs before leaving. I highly recommend Comfort Control both for the quality of their work, and the integrity of their business practices.

After calling several times to get the tech back out the office delayed in scheduling. Once A/C system stopped cooling again and call was placed to office the tech came right out to tell me that the system was frozen. Tech had to thaw out the line add Freon to get the system running again, then charged $600. If tech would have come back in two days instead of weeks later after repeated calls to the tech and office, I would have been charged a minor fee for sealing a spot outside of the house. Very ironic tech was available as soon as we said system stopped producing A/C.

They did a very meticulous job. I was very pleased. Unfortunately they did not have a replacement filter for my HVAC unit so I replaced that on my own.

Contacted Sunday evening after AC quit working, Josh came out Monday afternoon, checked it out and showed me how the coils were rusted out and got John to work up a price for me. They came out Monday afternoon and had everything pulled and replaced by 3:00 pm. Felt they were quick to respond to my needs and gave me a fair price. Will definitely use again!

The technician was courteous, timely, and did not try to pressure sale.

There was initially some lack of communication during the first appointment, leading to no work being done. Long story short, these guys are very punctual and it was my fault for not being available to meet them at the residence. The second time around, they came out and finished their inspection/tune-up within about 30 minutes. They were very nice, professional people, easy to work with.

Overall a good experience. Pretty straightforward service.

We found them on Angie’s List. They were the most helpful in selling in us what worked best for us instead of what was best for them. We had two other estimates from people that were selling things that really weren’t the best models and found out later that the manufacturer was offering special bucks to them to sell them. These people looked at our side and what we used and came up with the best combination of products for us instead of them. They actually took time to sit with us and explain the products and other ones just came and handed us the brochures and the price and that was it. This man came and sat with us and explained all the different products so we were kind of involved in the decision and he explained them well so we knew what we were trying to decide on. They were wonderful. There was something that happened and we needed them to come back and the serviceman came out and didn’t have the part and he called the salesman and the next morning at 8:00 clock the owner of the company itself came out and repaired it and it wasn’t a repair and it wasn’t anything that they did wrong it was a piece in there. The service people were scheduled out and then the owner himself came out and replaced it. I thought that was pretty impressive.
