Description of Work: overall system check, replaced filters and other older parts that were warn or wearing out. Technician neither balked nor shuddered at the entry to the crawl space (which spousal unit had) and completed the work in a timely and professional way.

Description of Work: The service tech replaced the filter on my AC unit and then told me that I would need to either get several repairs done or replace the unit. This is inconsistent with what I've been told by my normal HVAC company, so I just took report he gave me and let him leave.
