Perfectly! Big Frog has done all my electrical work from ceiling fans, lighting and adding outlets. They are professional and always on time. I have been using them for approximately 4 years.

Big Frog exceeded my expectations. The recommended a brighter lighting fixture than I was going to use.It saved me from having to install 2 additional lights and the rooms are brighter than I expected which is great. The 2 electricians were professional, friendly and ensured not to create a mess. In the end, I probably saved 20-25% from the other estimates I had received on this project too. Big Frog is now my go to electrician company.

Team showed up on time and completed work in a timely manner and was able to accommodate the request to run the wiring inside the wall instead of a conduit on the outside of the house.

The electrician came for the original problem, and I scheduled another visit to do additional work. Both times he was very punctual, arriving a little before the stated time. He fixed the problems and gave good information. I particularly liked that both electricians I talked with (a second arrived to help with the first job) seemed very honest and did not recommend that I do more than was needed.

The technician was very quick and efficient. We've had a light fixture hanging for months on our home that we couldn't reach because it was so high in the ceiling and over the stairs which requires a different ladder. We had others look at the light and were afraid to try to go that high. The technician who came was very friendly and it took him no time at all. I appreciate them not charging an arm and a leg either. Very inexpensive. Thank you!! I would be happy to hire again in the future.

I had a chandelier replaced with a ceiling fan w/light fixture! I initially had trouble finding someone due to the height and the fan would hang over a stairwell. I posted the project 3 different times. BIG FROG reached out to me and they took it from their. I was assured there would be no problem. A very nice young man, Robert was my service provider. He was punctual and professional. It took about 1 hour to get the old light fixture down and my new fan installed. This time frame included installing a new box to support the weight of the fan. It was perfect and as an added bonus the price ended up being $50 cheaper because the height was less an issue than first thought, I will definitely call BIG FROG with any future electrical needs,

This was my third time using Big Frog Electric with the first two being 240 volt outlet in garage for car charger. The service was exemplary as always. Alan assisted me from the beginning to end. He clearly explained to be what issues my power meter was having. On the day of installation he was extremely patient waiting 6 hours for Georgia Power to arrive and shut off power to the Meter. After instalation he explained what work was done in layman's terms. My experience with Big Frog Electric left me beyond satisfied. It's not just the high quality of work but also the excellent customer service that has made me a Big Frog Electric customer for life. Highly recommended!!!

Derek and Robbie are awesome. They put the needs of the customer first and were meticulous in taking care of all of my issues. They are priced competitively and I trust the quality of the work. it comes across that they want to make sure the customer is happy with the end result. Robbie and Josh came out this morning and did a great job. They were on time and very efficient. They saved the dry wall they had to cut out and replaced it as best they could so we only have to putty and repaint instead of buying new drywall. We had another company come out and their quote was more than double what we paid. Also, they were able to provide an accurate quote over the phone which saved an unnecessary trip out. Thanks guys

They were professional, timely and did a good job. They had to cut a hole in my drywall to install an additional electrical outlet. They vacuumed and cleaned up the floor after they finished

The wiring needed had to run the width of the basement so fishing was required. Robert, our project lead, discovered the prior owner had taken some shortcuts when wiring the basement (which explained the occasional tripped breakers). He made the needed corrections and installed the new wiring. Very proficient and professional. I've used Big Frog before and can't say enough good things about them. They may, or may not, be the cheapest but they are outstanding and worth any price differential.

Everyone we worked with was timely and professional. Quotes were reasonable, work was done quickly and professionally. Significantly less than the other quotes i received. Experience was all around great - easy to work with them. Very responsive over email, answers questions clearly. Totally recommend Derek and the rest of the company. Will use them for all electrical work going forward.
