Big Frog Electric

Talked to the contractor by phone for a commercial project for installation of track lighting on 12-08-15 and told them when it needed to be completed by. He said no problem and would send us a quote. I sent him more details of the job on 12-09-15 and he finally responded after us calling him a couple of times on 12-21-15 that he could not do the job. Two weeks to tell someone they cannot do the job is very unprofessional. They should have been able to tell us that on the day we spoke with them, or the next day when we sent him additional information he requested.

Alan has done work at my home before and he is incredible. He does amazing work, minimizes any holes that need to be done and is a perfectionist. He went out of his way spending more time to make sure he could do this without cutting holes into a closet. These guys are great and I will always call them (as should you) when I need electrical work done!!

Very happy with the company. Electrician was very good and really knew his stuff. They were punctual and a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Another great installation by Big Frog. This is the fifth project that I've had Big Frog work on during the renovation of our home, and things continue to go well. The electricians had to run power to the ceiling in each bedroom and connect to wall switches. Everything was straightforward and went smoothly.

Called on the 18th to schedule appt. in early Dec., received a call within 3 to 4 hours saying they were going to be in my area the next day and asked if I wanted the appt. which I took. James the owner was prompt and very professional. Big Frog Electric is my electrician as long as I live in GA. Thank you James for a very good job. Highly recommended. Very competitive pricing.

I called twice and spoke to the receptionist. I told her my concerns with job completed and requested to speak to the owner James. she advised me to leave a message so she can forward it to the owner. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't recived call back.

Great job. On time. Actually, called and came earlier than expected! Looked everywhere for the problem with a panel that keep tripping off . Could not find the problem, but continued to look in and around the attic, outside the home checked all the outlets in the affected area. Will use them again if I have a problem.

Went great stayed about 20 minutes why are the pump very professional excellent job! Cost $150

The lights work fine however they were not spaced evenly. There are 3 that should be lined up in a row and the middle one is out of center. He asked me if it was OK to leave it like that otherwise it would take a lot more work to get it centered. I told him it was OK but wish I had not.

I couldn't be more satisfied. They called the day before to confirm the day and 2-hour time window; called from the truck 20 minutes before arrival, and showed up exactly as scheduled. ELectrician and helper were very pleasant and professional. Work went smoothly and quickly enough but I felt they were careful and not rushing too much. I was fully prepared to be "upcharged" but this did not happen. The $949 prepayment covered it. This was a very good deal and I would call this company again.

We requested a refund, because as I recall, the work could not be performed for several weeks - I believe around 6 to 8. This is a recurring problem that I have experienced with Angie's Big Deals. Often, the vendor oversells these deals, and the work can't be scheduled for several weeks, or even months. out. I don't like being part of a backlog and de-prioritized as a customer because I purchased a "deal." I really did not want to grade this provider because the work was not performed, but Angie's List forces the issue. I gave a B because of the length of time it would have taken to have the work done.

Big Frog successfully helped me complete my lighting project. I updated the lighting in my house and they helped me get this done in a timely and reasonable fashion. Their pricing is competitive. Their office support are reliable, professional, and courteous. They show up on time and get the job done. If you have any issues, it's not a problem to have them return to fix the situation. They are knowledgeable and are very good about answering homeowner questions. I used them last year when they installed my bathroom fan/lights. I plan to use them in the future when I renovate my master bathroom. I would also recommend them.

As a new homeowner, what a breath of fresh air to find electricians who are honest and willing to charge fair and reasonable prices for work done! Additionally, where I had received quotes and fear instilled feedback before on replacing my electric panel, James told me exactly what needed to be replaced, and what didn't...he was very transparent and honest which I appreciated. Overall very professional guy and great work!! I'll definitely call them again.

I purchased two Big Deals for $95 each for Recessed Lighting Installed (Buy as Many as Needed) Electrical Solutions Expert Derek Dickens and his assistant arrived promptly. Installation was scheduled for between 8-10am. They arrived within the scheduled appointment time and started to work immediately. The process to install 2 recessed lights went smoothly and quickly within one hour. I was very pleased and satisfied with the result of the installation and would nominate Big Frog Electric for a Page of Happiness POA.

They should up on time and finished an hour ahead of schedule. They explained everything they did and worked quickly so I could get back to work. I would highly recommend.

Very well except for the 2 exploratory holes he left in the ceiling which I think he should have sealed before he left. But I'd use that company again in a heartbeat.

The first fan was installed properly and the 2nd fan well, not so great. So, I gave a not so good rating and Big Frog called to inquire and i told them my story and send photos and they send some one out immediately and fixed the problems with the second fan like magic they were great!

Tyler was my electrician. He was wonderful. He did a very good job. One of the fans was wobbling a bit. He said if we had any concerns he would come back. If needed he would even return the fan to where I purchased it and pick up a new one for me. Great customer service!!

I have used Big Frog for various (small) electrical jobs, which have always been performed with professionalism, good nature and punctuality. Alan was no exception this time around. He was punctual, efficient and the fact that he is an astrophysicist in his spare time was an added bonus. Highly recommended.
