Responded quickly and sent out plumber the next day. Heater needed replaced and quote was given while onsite. They came out the next day and replaced heater and pressure tank David was very professional and even waited until 5 pm to do the change out so no work was missed. Would ask for David if we have any other plumbing needs.

The work and the service person were great. Their office staff seems to have problems. At first they thought the estimate was a bill I should pay. Then they told the installer I wanted electric when I’d actually told them gas.

David was great.

I never thought I'd be excited to get a new hot water heater, but definitely am after being without running water for 31 hours. Chris and Randall from The Original Plumber came when they said they would, gave me a reasonable and detailed estimate, then installed our new water heater and removed our old one professionally and promptly.

Overall, pleasure to do business with. David seemed very knowledgeable and interested in pleasing me with a job well done and done quickly.

The job took twice as long and proper equipment wasn’t available. Felt we were overcharged as well.

Great experience. Initially had a communication issue with one of their folks, but when I tell you they redeemed themselves and then some, they did. They send David out to fix my plumbing issue and he worked tirelessly until it was fixed. And the price was great. They truly are the best and I will keep their information handy should I ever have a plumbing issue again. Thank you so much Todd and David.

My experience would be great if THE ORIGINAL PLUMBER would repair what is falling apart after 3 1/2 months. I ve been trying to get Brandon to correct this since March. Very frustrating, I m a senior citizen, income from social security, clearly I do not have $350.00 to put a new faucet set (l bought the set) in a bath tub . And now it s falling apart. I just would like to get it fixed, that s all. Thanks

It was a great experience!

From first contact I felt that I was being rushed. The company changed the appointment time to earlier so I had to leave work early. Then though I had some questions it was clear that there really wasn’t time allocated to anything extra. The completed project was done well and cleaned up well.

John and Beth did a great job. As someone who has managed hundreds of contractors it was a pleasure doing business. He immediately understood the issue, discussed options, and pointed out other potential things to consider going forward

They were very accommodating on scheduling. Good communication on when our plumber would arrive. He right away knew what was wrong which turned out to be related to a filter we didn't,t know about. He changed the filter and showed us what we needed to do. Very professional and knowledgeable. The only negative was the $190 fee for coming out seemed excessive given the level of the issue and time to fix.

My service person Fernando was extremely courteous and friendly. Job was professionally done.Rate was reasonable especially for a weekend. I would definitely hire them again.

Gio did an AMAZING job! I put in Home Advisor at around 7, got an appointment less than 5 minutes later. Here by 8:30 and was here until 6:30. Main line from house to meter at street broke. He worked so hard and did exactly what he told us he would do. I would definitely call Gio for all my plumbing needs in the future! He is very pleasant!

Fernando , with” The Original Plumber” was on time, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem and took care of it. Pricing was reasonable. I would use them again.
