Fernando and Brandon did an amazing job repairing our main drain. They were very knowledgeable and worked until late in the night to repair everything as soon as possible while also taking into account the landscaping and making sure not to damage our roses and young trees in the front yard. After they were done, they left behind the front yard looking impeccable even though they had to dig two very deep holes using bulldozers and other heavy machinery and even breaking up part of the driveway. Not to forget, they priced the work very reasonable and without any "surprises". Last but not least, I was also very impressed by their punctuality and the overall customer service. I will most certainly recommend The Original Plumber!

Replaced PVC. Small space required artistic repiping. Caused waterheater removal & reinstall to code. Expansion tank already had water in it & pipes were screaming. Replaced to code. Beautiful work. Ask for Chris P. Got estimate/quote 1st visit. Negotiated. Super guy. Super work. Amazing. Exceptional. He listened. He did everything he said he would do. Came with the right equipment. Yeah! I have hot water now in my kitchen. It used to take for ever since the builder ran the piping thru the concrete. Thxs Chris! Excellent work. I would definately recommend him.

Hired them to fix our septic tank, they changed the appointment twice. When they finally came, they emptied out the tank, informed me that I needed to have the system replaced. Told me they would send me a cost estimate and have not heard from them. Called twice for the estimate, said they were working on it. Still, have septic problems.

What I appreciated about The Original Plumber was the honesty of their technician. the technician came to my home and attempted to unclog our toilet but was unable. He was to return the next day with more powerful equipment, but he called and stated that, instead of charging me for something that I didn't need, he suggested I purchase a new toilet. The genuine concern and not trying to charge me for something I didn't need, to me, that's 5 stars!

The came out for a same day install of a kitchen faucet and completed the job quickly. The even did a price match of a cheaper qoute I'd received. Pleased with the job done.

I had a water leak from the upstairs bathtub running down my kitchen ceiling. I pictured having to tear out ceiling and more to fix. Adam and Todd came same day I requested a quote. Adam quickly found problem and told me I needed to seal around the ring and the faucet because water was spurting from the shower head.Replacing the shower head should fix it. NO SERVICE CALL FEE, NO CHARGE FOR ANYTHING!!! So on their way out, I asked if he could hook up water to my fridge in garage. And fix an outside faucet! Yep, he could! And he came back and completed the job for the quoted price. I will definitely recommend them and call them if I need them again. BTW, the other plumbers had service call fees from $39 to$140.

My water service from the street to my house was installed on time and for a fair price. Fernando was very helpful and did an amazing Job.

Our sump pump failed during a massive rain storm and water was flooding into our finished part of the basement. We contacted HomeAdvisor and were given three names, including The Original Plumber; who we called based on the reviews. They arrived within a couple of hours, had a replacement sump pump on the truck, and installed it immediately. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We will call them again for any plumbing needs!
