I think I was highly overcharged for drain basket repair. I told him I just had it replaced. He took away the part and it was not even 3 weeks old. Not saying anything wrong with the gentleman who did work or work done. Just an outrageous price charged. My fault. I was desperate to get fixed, I should have not let him do it after he gave me the price. Should have sent him on his way and got other quotes. Learned my lesson. Was dealing with sick husband and rushed to get it repaired. Again, the gentleman was professional. Friends and family outraged at paying 285.00!

Fernando did an outstanding job. He was professional right from the initial inspection letting me know what was needed to bring it up to current codes and recommended the right brand. At first i felt the cost was a little high until I had 2 more quotes come in and had an almost laughable (in a sad way) experience with both of those companies. Fernando was prompt and worked to minimize any inconvenience the process caused. He explained everything and got the job down right. Highly recommended!

The work was excellent, very professional. Thought the price was high, but needed the job done. Received a 5% senior discount for my 92 yr. old mother though. Thought it could be more. Our old plumber, who retired, was more reasonable in pricing.

The work was not done properly, so, the serviceman had to come back out. He was not thorough in checking his work. I did not feel confident that he knew what he was doing. I was disappointed in the repair service.

Technician did a great job and was very quick getting job done. Company was easy to deal with and they were out within hours to replace my water heater to get my family back with hot water. Great Job.

Contractor was excellent and went beyond expectations. Work was professional. As phenomenal as he was the price was exorbitant. $300 to cut a little sheet rock... left a little bit of a bad taste unfortunately!!!

Fernando was a pleasant and professional plumber. He identified the issue, which was not the pipe, but a toilet inside the house. He also did some preventative maintenance, all in a timely efficient manner. When I called The original Plumber this morning, they had Fernando on his way within an hour.

They did good work but were unprepared and had to go get parts and were very very expensive. 400+ dollars for 20 -25 minutes work.

Call orginal plumbers for a quote for water heater came the next day for quote and started the next day to install and replace water heater

having problems with with tank filling up and not draining toilet not flushing properly need to have them contact me should not be having this problem this soon

Had them perform work to finish our lower level to pass a rough building inspection. The work performed was sub standard and did not lay out drains in accordance with design and verbal instructions. The small amount of work they did fail inspection. Not one of the six jobs were finished with four not started. When they showed up again to continue, I told them what they needed to do for the inspection to pass as they assured me it would and was told they needed to give me an additional quote. At that point, I told them to leave my house! The boss called me and started arguing with me and when I was not having any of it , he hung up on me. I wrote the main office an email explaining the problem and told them what I would pay for the work to date. The boss said they did 75% of the work but in reality only, performed approximately 25%. I paid them $3,000.00 for 3 days work. The actual hours worked were approximately 12. You do the math on how much they raped me for!! BE CAREFUL WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!
