Randall at The Original Plumber did a professional job at a fraction of the cost of other quotes that we received. We were able to work with the staff and schedule a time for Randall to come out in line with the other contractor working on our master bathroom which saved us a lot of money. It was a great experience and we will definitely use them again.

Fernando arrived when I was told he would be there. He was very professional and cordial...and honest!

Fernando with The Original Plumber just left my home after solving 2 plumbing issues. He was personable, knowledgeable, and did both jobs in less time than I expected. I originally had inquired on Angies List for plumbers. After describing my issues online at the AL site, I clicked Next and was provided options for plumbers. Within 15 seconds, I received a call from Todd with Original Plumber saying he could have someone out to my home for a free estimate within an hour. Fernando arrived in less time than that and proceeded to look at the problems and gave me a reasonable estimate. He finished both issues within an hour. Excellent work. Good price. Professional and thorough results that permanently fixed the problems. I highly recommend The Original Plumber. I will use them for future plumbing needs.

On time- very professional. High quality work but a little more expensive than others.

3 Areas to address: 1.Selection 2. Service & 3. Installation, all 3 described in one word, it would simply be, Awesome. Now, the rest of the story; It's important to note that OGP was not the lowest bidder in my quest. The deal was sealed on 3 sticking points, customer service, warranty (10 years parts & Labor), & the confidence they shared in their product (Navien). Kudos to Josh & the front office crew for putting up with my incessant demands, questions, pleas, & proverbial back and forth. They worked with me and lowered my overall costs. Installation that should have average 6-8hrs was headed for 48+hrs. the details are as follows; Chris & Randall as they were presenting me with a play by play not only on the install but the general operation of the unit. No doubt,they had to translate from their plumbers language to layman's terms to keep me up to speed. It was obvious they have worked together for sometime, they were conscientious, diligent, as they kept me engaged & entertained. Upon completion of the install by days end the unit failed to fire, & after an 1hr or so of trouble shooting with Navien tech. support, it was determined the motherboard+ needed to be replaced. Though Navien would overnight it, that meant another two days added to complete the install. However the following day, close to the end of a normal shift OGP calls and I get the following synapsis from Josh: (I know it's a bit late but we just got the parts, we could have someone out to complete the task, or you can keep the schedule appointment for tomorrow, keep in mind it will take around 45min. to an hr. travel time, your choice Mr. P...). I elected to get it done now. What I didn't know was that Chris had just completed another job and was determined to complete ours, so he was rerouted to the task as Austin was given the task to deliver the parts. In no time Chris installed the parts and we were up and running. The OGP performance in one word Awesome. I will reserve judgement on Navien for a leter date. Thanks OGP!

Todd kept me informed and updated. Very professional and courteous. Knowledgable and informative. Found correct toilets that I required. Austin and David were exceptional. Before and after are like night and day difference. Highly recommended.

Plumbers are great, quick and knowledgeable. Pricing was a bit higher than I would have liked to pay but it was an emergency. Be very careful of the "referral company" they use for water damage, they tried to use scare tactics to scam me out of 3500 dollars, guy said sheet rock was wet and everything had to be ripped out, second opinion guys came in AMD said nothing was wrong at all

Adam and Brendon are wonderful persons. They are very professional and the job well done. I am absolutely pleased with the work.
