The work was performed on time and met my expectations.

My issue is not with Chris, the plumber who came to do the work. He was nice and answered all of my questions. My issue is with the $1200 that his company charged for the 15 minutes that he was here to repair the leak. He only replaced a small amount of PVC pipe-If he even had to do that. He was quick to reduce it to $988 which made me suspicious. However, the more that I think about it, it makes me sad that his company was okay with overcharging us for what ended up being a small job. I keep asking myself why did not I get another estimate? I guess, you have to live and learn. BEWARE - before using them, I would get additional estimates just to have a comparison.

We talked to 2 plumbers and went with this one as they were a bit less than the other quote. He arrived on time each day, gave us fair warning when we'd be without water. The bill matched the estimate given us originally for the job. We will use him again.

They were able to come same day. It was a tricky fix but it worked. Did find another leak next day, but I just needed to retighten one nut and no further leaks. professional and honest. Would use them again.
