The repair that I called The Original Plumber out to do ended up being very simple so I have a hard time justifying a full 5 stars; I would need to see more extensive work. However, the technician that came out was very helpful, professional, competent and friendly. The repair was done quickly and seems to be working well. No complaints; would return for future needs and recommend to others.

Excellent Service with great customer service!

Ryan was fantastic! We had a non-emergency. He contacted me probably within a minute of my posting the project on Home Advisor. He came out the next morning, on time. He even texted his status to me. He is courteous and polite, and finished the job quickly. He’ll get all of our plumbing business in the future.

Long story short, overcharged me for the amount of work that was done. Paid $500 for 4 pieces of PVC pipe that I could have installed myself. Also, told me that a hole in the tank which is the main reason I called them does not affect anything. When I told them that was the main reason I called them was to fix the hole, they said that since they drained the tank, that the hole does not matter and just stuff dirt next to the hole. Never again will I use or recommend this company to anyone. My advice, find someone else.

We were thrilled with everything but the 'sticker shock'. We were told ahead of service what charge would be so it wasn't' sprung on us after the fact. If not for my disability I would have done it for a fraction of the cost.
