I would have giving a 5 on service except the time I had to wait, time kept changing from 9:00-to11:00, then they asked for another day, when I said no time, they sent someone from atlanta, he was very nice and did not charge me anything. Do you believe that!!!

I have recently used The Original Plumber for help with a house renovation, and have been very impressed with the company's professionalism: communication, quality of work, flexibility, reliability, and friendliness. I can't say the same for all of the companies I've hired for my renovation project.

MY review is not about Original Plumber, but CASH Plumbing. They have barraged me with emails and texts at about 1 per hour even though I have sent them emails and texts that I was not going to hire them. This is very annoying and Home Advisor should police this.

I got the Original Plumber number and name from Home Advisor and this happens to be a blessing. I needed the work done promptly and the Original Plumber did not disappoint. They were on the site right away to resolve my issue., even though it took them from morning until night. True professionals, corrected the mistakes that were made by the previous contractor. Did a quality job. They are trustworthy and very transparent. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done in an emergency. Great job guys, please keep up the good work.

I went on line on Sunday to find someone and I received a phone call immediately from them about setting up a day and time. They kept me informed about the appointment and called to let me know Ryan, the technician could come a bit earlier. A text with his picture came and contact information. He was able to quote me a price before the job and then installed the faucet efficiently. Plan to use them again when I have the toilets changed out and Ryan gave me advice about that and a quote.

Andy did a great job and was very polite, respectful and explained everything as he was doing the job, answering any questions that I had.

Tony Jones is an excellent plumber. He is personable, very knowledgeable and walks you through the steps of what he is doing so that you understand the process. We highly, highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again. I do not normally give glorified reviews, but this is warranted. Great plumber.
