Overcharged me $300 for stopping a kitchen faucet drip. Office person was unhelpful and not customer friendly.

I had an appointment with this company the day after I called. The service person was courteous and polite and tested the dishwasher to make sure it didnâ t leak. There is a leak under the sink that needs to be looked at again but overall a nice company

Nick and Chase were awesome workers. I would recommend this service to anyone. The company was able to fit me in on very short notice and explained everything and answered all questions. I can't say enough good things about those guys. I'll use the Original Plumber again in the future.

They charged a surcharge because the tank was full.

I do not recommend this company. They are Unprofessional , unreliable after signing the contract nobody answers your phone call, they said it is a one-week job, it has been over a month now and still not finished and they do not even know when the will be finished. Disaster, unorganized company.

Everything started off great with my project from the initial call. Once we agreed on a price we scheduled a start date. On the project start date I received a text message with a nice bio write up of my tech that was ?supposedly ? en route to my property. When they arrived it was 2 totally different ppl that had no idea of who that text message was referring to. The guys seemed knowledgeable so I proceeded with my full rough install. Well these guys only performed inside work so another guy arrived named Zach. He was the ?outside? contractor that was in charge of running my main plumbing and sewer line. Well Zach was very short in what he planned to do and was strictly about money. After we finally agreed on a plan to connect my plumbing. I said the docs and before he finished the job he was asking me for money. A job that was suppose to take a day took a week to complete. It took me calling several times to the office to get someone to call me back or get a status. Zach came back out and finished but it was a overall bad experience. Christi from the office was great but I wish the entire team had her service level.

I was contacted by Customer Service who referred me to the manager, who sent out Brian P. Brian P came out. He was very good and attentive. He said my issue was under warranty and I did not have to pay anything. He fixed the issue.

The team did a great job with our septic system. Cleaned and repaired the entire system. We should be good for a long time.

Had a gas valve replaced on hot water heater. Everything seems great but the price. Probably was the going rate for the job though. Part is $150 on Amazon, so I would have preferred to order it myself and have it installed but they charge $50 more for the job to do that. Job cost $595. If I purchased valve it cost $495 to install making total $650, making it $50 more. Donâ t understand that, but installer did a good job as far as we can tell and did have to drain heater to get job done.
