Tech could not completely pump the stuff from my septic tank because his trucks tank filled completely during pumping. He said that my septic would be fine even if the solids were not completely removed. I paid for a complete pumping but received only a partial pumping.

Ryan was prompt, expert in his knowledge and service and I would ask for him next time I have any job in my home requiring plumbing services.

Shaun Noe was awesome. He was professional and courteous. He explained and showed me what wrong with my toilet. He also checked my garbage disposal & supplied an estimate of cost. I will definitely use them again and refer friends.

Contracted to install black pipe gas line addition, but installed galvanized pipe with crimp-on fittings. Price might have been okay for the black pipe, but was way over-priced $597.00 for the 7 feet of pipe and less than 1 hour's work performed.

I felt like I was dealing with one of the owners. It was a great experience.

The Original Plumber was great. Came out the same day to diagnose, had to get some parts but came back the next day and day after to resolve the issue. Ryan was fantastic, very professional, answered all my questions and then some. I can tell he cares a lot about the quality of the work he does. I would definitely use them again. Connie, the dispatcher, was very good as well. She made sure she got my plumbing issue resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks everyone!

DO NOT USE Original Plumber I would NEVER hire or recommend the company. Because, I asked about the cost and advised by Connie prior to any work being done that there would be a free estimate. However, the Randall the plumber (nice guy) told me there was nothing wrong with the master toilet which was I thought was running and that the reason for the slow drain of the master sink was because there gunk on the sink stopper which he would rinse off. I was then charged and paid $189 as a diagnostic fee however the receipt says that a clear lav drain was performed. I don't even know what that means however all the plumber did was wash the stopper. I am so confused wish i had went with Casteel plumbing who I always use. I called and reported it and they claim that the supervisor will call me Monday not holding my breathe but will followup with them on Tuesday as well as BBB

Smooth process from the beginning til end. Received a call 30 mins before the appointment informing that the technician, Chris is on the way. Also received a txt message with a picture of the technician and a link to check how long before he will reach the house. Chris is very knowledgeable tech and quickly determine the possible leak sources. He even went to the store to purchase the part and then come back to install it. Awesome overall..
