Check to make sure EVERYTHING functions properly before he leaves. Some things just looked like they were put back properly but may not work right or fall off when you go to use them.

Friendly, professional, outstanding quality of work and most importantly did what they said they would do when they said they would do it at the very reasonable price quoted to me. 1000 stars!

We were very pleased with the overall service of The Original Plumber. As soon as I reported a need for a plumber, I got a call back and was on the schedule. They took time to investigate the leak, which we later determined was just from an overflow onto the bathroom floor in the room above. They also gave extra service in unclogging a few drains while on the job.

Came same day, replaced 2 water heaters. Very professional and explained what he did and how to work the system. would hire again.

They confirmed an appointment today from 12-2 and no one showed. Technician called at 4:43, but only to discuss my problem and stated that I wasnâ t on his service list. Brandon, scheduler, returned my call to their office, and wanted to schedule me for tomorrow. I politely declined. Lost all confidence that they will actually show up! No reason/excuse for not coming to a confirmed appointment! No way to do business!

The plumber was on time, worked his butt off on getting the drain pipe cleared out.

Shaun did an excellent job. The toilet was installed well and the area was very clean. He came on time and was professional. I will certainly use this company again.

The only issue was they didn t know how to troubleshoot and rushed to leave.

Fantastic work - very honest and I am happy to know if I ever need plumbing work done in the future, I have a reliable team to call.

They were very polite. They looked at all angles of the problem, even got a second opinion from their septic tank guys to be sure it was not that. They even cleaned up the little bit of mess they made. Such awesome dedication to their jobs and great service
