Plumber came prepared. Gave an estimate as soon as he evaluated the project, described the details including upgrade to code requirements and had new product on truck to install if we agreed. He completed the work in exactly the time he stated it would take and left the area cleaned up.

I first went through Home Advisor for the project I wanted done. Actually, there were 2 projects and Brandon let me know both could be done by the same technician. One was for a kitchen faucet and the other was a gas fireplace. I was called an hour before Shaun Noe was expected to arrive and I will forever have Shaun as my go-to guy. Prompt, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and knew his stuff! I'm a fan. No gouging on price and was offered a coupon without asking. Great guy, great company. I'm impressed.

A Service Plummer by the name of Chris came to replace the sprayer hose on my kitchen faucet. He had quoted one price over the phone and almost doubled the price when he arrived. He stated that he would have to de-install and re-install the facet in order to replace the sprayer hose. I asked him how else did he expect to install the new sprayer hose without taking the facet apart. I don?t know if the other plumbers that work for this company are as inept as Chris is but if they are I would not recommend them for anything. I ended up asking Chris to leave my house because he didn't appear trustworthy.
