Ryan came out and fixed a clogged line in my house. From the time I called until the time Ryan was finished was about 3 hours or maybe a little less. Very friendly and obviously very knowledgeable.

We were so pleased with The Original Plummer and our service person, David. He went above and beyond what anyone would be expected to. He worked outside in the pouring rain, literally, all day. He was professional, courteous and efficient. His work ethic surpasses anything we have ever experienced with other companies in any field of work. We highly recommend this company!

The price was a little on the higher side, but the technician was very professional and clearly a seasoned veteran at his craft. He solved my issue easily and thoroughly. Would hire again for a more complicated project.

Wish could rate it no star or negative. Unprofessional, Disappointing, extremely poor customer service, do not responsive after taking money, do not give proper receipt, distribute total which ever they like to whatever items, warranty is a scam, do not stand by their work.

Although this is only day one of the tankless water heating system to replace one I will say so far so good. The tech was very helpful a vast knowledge of the product he sold us. He ( Ryan ) arrived at our home right on time and that alone is a great plus in my mind. His work was done in a very professional manner taking time to explain everything that he was going to do. Even though I was working while the work was being done my wife would have contacted me if any issues would have came up. I would definitely recommend this company for any issues that you may have.
