The plumber was kind, reasonable, & professional. However, he did show up late and messed up my plans for the entire day; but I didn't mind it much. He made up for it by politely answering every question that I had and providing an exceptional service I have no regrets.

The Pro (Ryan)from Original Plumber, sent to my home was very knowledgeable about well pumps and wells in general. He (Ryan) answered all my questions patiently, confidently and quickly diagnosed my problem. Ryan made me feel at ease and confident that my problem would be handled quickly, professionally and as economically as possible. The next day, Ryan arrived promptly and with a crew (Brandon and Parker), setting about disassembling and preparing to install new piping and a well pump motor. It was a long day, but Ryan and crew demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic. From this experience, I would have NO problem recommending this company and professional to any of my friends and neighbors. I am well (no pun intended) satisfied. Thank you, Original Plumber.

This review is for replacing an original waterline. A waterline leak was suspected due to increasing water bills. On the first visit, David, from the Original Plumber, performed a pressure test and subsequently discovered an area of water puddling in my yard. David wrote up two estimates for me to consider: (1) only repair the affected area where the waterline was leaking and (2) a complete water line replacement from meter to house. Due to a full transferable lifetime warranty provided by the Original Plumber on the waterline and the fact that David agreed to perform two complete toilet rebuilds for no additional cost, I chose the complete waterline replacement. The complete waterline replacement and the toilet rebuilds were started and completed in a very professional and efficient manner the next day. After digging the trench for the new waterline, it turned out, due to the condition of the existing waterline in relation to the location of the water leak, that a complete water line replacement was the only option I had after all. Fortunately, I had service line coverage as part of my homeowners insurance and was able to get full reimbursement of my cost (less my deductible) for the work performed. When working through the claim with the insurance agent, I became aware that select staff of the Original Plumber were instrumental in providing them with additional information needed for my claim reimbursement and I appreciate that.

The Original Plumber was fantastic to work with. No one likes having their main sewer line replaced, but they were always upfront with pricing, project updates and time of completion, as well as professional, with great customer service skills from scheduling to the actual crew that did the work. Steve is awesome - very knowledgeable, understanding, up front and makes you feel at ease about the work that is to be done. The Original Plumber will now be my one stop for all my plumbing needs!

I was told that our irrigation lines would be repaired if they cut them but instead they left ditch open so that we could contact someone from an irrigation company to make those repairs even though we were told they would make them when we hired them. Now I have to pay anther $300 dollars for those repairs.
