The company was timely in coming to assess my issue. The only issue was they were almost a week late on the repair, and I had to call them to find out if the part was received and when they were rescheduling to come out and perform the work. It was supposed to be done on a Tuesday but was not completed until the following Monday. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service they provided.

Our main sewer line partially collapsed leaving a â bowâ that collected water. When you need plumbing work, it is rare to know exactly what to expect. You hope to make a good decision, but who do you trust? In our case we put our trust in The Original Plumber team. First, we found their website very informative. The customer service team was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to the work. An estimator was sent immediately to analyze the job, and provide a quote. The estimator, Brian Payne, was thorough, professional and made several valid observations about our problem and the solutions necessary. We received lower quotes, but selected The Original Plumber based upon a perception of competence which was lacking in other companies, even those with good recommendations. During the work, several complications arose that were handled expediently and professionally by the team. Extreme care was used in protecting landscaping that could have been damaged by lesser skilled operators and the job was completed on time and on budget. Having this group do such a great job was a huge relief in a stressful situation involving a complicated, and expensive problem.

Bill was a great guy. He was here on time did a great job. Kept me informed as to what he was doing. I will be calling The Original Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

It is not everyday that that you get a competent, highly skilled, honest, and dedicated worker, but all of this in a ' certified plumbing technician' is too good to be true. Doc!

Friendly and very knowledgeable of my issue.

Worker seems to have done a mostly good job, EXCEPT he left an irrigation pipe exposed above ground. And when I asked the company to have him or someone come bury it, I was told they do not correct their mistakes. As far as "value for my money", their price seemed too high (however, not out of line compared to other companies). Otherwise, I was told that I would be given before and after photos of all work that was done. Now that the work is "complete" and paid for, I have been unable to get any pictures of any work that was done (or was it ????).

Expensive but Professional and very good at what they do

They were punctual and professional but check with other companies for price. Price of 640 was very expensive for clearing a clog approx 6-7â from the pipeâ s access. It took longer to remove the tool that got stuck in the drain pipe than to clear the actual clog. I know they need to pay for the 1800 cost of the snake tool but still. I had the work done only to avoid having to get someone else out. Again, the work was fine but do check others for price. The drain trap was leaking after the plumber left but Iâ ve experienced that with other companies as well and itâ s an easy fix with Teflon tape for the threads.

Overpriced. Unpleasant conversation with office staff.
