Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the situation. I was out of state when this issue arose and the tech sent me photos and explained in detail the problem. I felt very comfortable with them proceeding with fixing the issue. I would recommend this company!

Parker White came when expected, was respectful to be watchful of my escaping animals, gave us a thorough overview and explanation of our problems to give us the opportunity to prioritize what to do now and what could wait and the pricing for each item. We wound up doing everything except on item on our list. Parker finished faster than expected including two trips to the hardware store because all of our toilets are not identical and he replaced on the innards in several toilets, plus replacing a disposal and a replacing a Ptrap in a sink where a candle had melted into the drain completely blocking it. He was efficient, thorough and pleasant. We will request him again but I doubt we will have any issues going forward thanks to Parker.

I was told by another company my septic had repair needs for $2500. Jud came to my rescue. I did need repair which turned out to only be $500, but the 1st company had brokan lid to septic, which turned out to another $1200. Jud was able to get me on his schedule sameday. He was friendly, efficient, thorough and saved me money.

Sean was so friendly and professional. He made some great suggestions on other home repairs. Got my whole home repiped in less than 8 hours with minimal damage to the walls.

The work that was done was good, no issues there at all. I was totally happy with that. My family and I had a big evening plan and our water heater went out. So time wasnâ t on my side to shop around. I called a few companies the following day. All the prices I got were about 500-600 less than the original plumber charged me. I donâ t ever want anything for free, thatâ s not my character. However! Fairness, integrity I do expect that out of a company. I know with some companies the more the technician can charge you the greater the incentives are for him. Again! Great job, but unhappy with the price.

Knowledge professional great customer service skills

To be totally honest, there was a blip with one of the technicians at first. Having said that, this company corrected the situation and sent me 2 amazing plumbers to finish the job. As a small business owner, I try to look at the overall experience knowing that things can happen and it is the end result that counts. Very pleased with the knowledge level, customer treatment and deep concern for my satisfaction. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Quality work was done but I am not satisfied that the problem was corrected. Price was at least triple the cost of normal.

Ryan the technician was amazing to deal with. Straight forward no hassle simple and honest pricing. The quality of the work was top notch. Will hire them again.

Terrific Service. Called them on a Sunday morning due to a water main leak and they sent out a technician within 2 hours. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Steven Serafin did great work and is a consummate professional.

I couldnâ t believe the low price when compared to 3 other quotes I received...I actually called them and accused them of bait and switch...boy was I wrong...seriously they ARE top notch and did as I requested. And listen, this was no easy job but they preformed exactly as I asked. They are ALL professional from the office staff to the guys installing the lines.
