Very Timely and very effective in solving plugged kitchen drain

The owner called me to schedule the appointment. A sub contractor for the company actually came, but I did not discover this until he gave me one price of $150 but said he would have to come back the next day. The next day he went and did the job and then pulled his car into my driveway(he didn't even drive a truck and had his equipment hanging out of the trunk of his car.) He presented me with a bil for $425.00 and bullied me for the money made out to him personallly. Being intimiated by him, I gave him the money so I could get away from him and out of my driveway. The owner of the company never called me back.

Brandon and his brother did an exceptional job installing our kitchen faucet after a granite countertops project. They presented themselves professionally and were at our house within 2 hours after making initial contact. They quoted us a very fair price and didn't charge extra after going the extra mile - the project was a bit more complex than originally thought. Highly recommended!

Our hot water heater ruptured and they came out within an hour of our call. I had checked other prices with other companies and they were very reasonable. They were able to give me a quote on the phone. A few other companies I checked would not quote a price unless they came to the house for a fee. So far I have no complaints on the new hot water heater installment.

They got the job done but did not always tell the truth about what was going on.

Steven was very honest and explained everything going on with my situation (water leak). He was quick but yet took the time to make sure I understood what may have happened and how. I would definitely use them again!

The initial contact was great - Chris was here within a hour of my request on a Saturday. I bot a new sink on a whim to compliment the new countertops. All plumbing had been previously disconnected. I needed the sink set, the cutoff valves replaced and the faucet and dishwasher/disposal reconnected, and the gas stove reset and reconnected. . When Chris got here and looked, he said the range would be more in the $350-$425 range. But he had no plumbers' putty and had to go get some. He man-handled the sink and was scratching the day-old Formica, when I intervened to prevent further damage. Also, he wanted to caulk the drop-in sink AFTER it was installed (versus under). And while he re-connected the gas stove, he said they normally don't do that (and yet everything I read says a plumber is supposed to reconnect gas lines. He wouldn't set the stove. He didn't put in new hot/cold water valve cutoffs like I asked him to, either. I don't feel like I got what I asked for even though I was charged $425 - the maximum estimate.

Did not follow up with a couple of problems that they created.

Changed septic system over to Fulton County Sewer System. Septic system went to backyard. Joel and Oscar rerouted system out front of house to sewer tap in front yard. The price was reasonable and the work done was excellent.
