Good customer service and detailed work. Even after finding the leak they did not have an exact price until they returned with the part. i fill that price should have been given to me before they returned with the part.

It took less than 15 minutes to install a p-trap under my kitchen sink. I was charged $302.

Had our water heater replaced. Got quotes from 4 companies and Original Plumber was the cheapest. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and on time to the appointment.

We had a handful of smaller plumbing jobs and all were done well. A very slight gasket leak was corrected the next work day with no hassle. The plumber, Adam, was personable and efficient. We were pleased with the work, and will call them again when needed.

I hired this company because while selling our home the buyers home inspector claimed we had a leak. We did not believe there to be a leak but we needed confirmation from a licensed individual. Adam was sent and said he has seen this before. He thoroughly checked the bathroom in question and concurred there was no leak. My biggest concern was we would hire a plumber that would be dishonest and "find a problem" to make extra money. I recommend this company and I will be using their services again in the future for work on our new home.

Adam came out, did a diagnostic, found the problem and fixed it during the estimate phase. He could have invented an issue and/or created something to charge me for but he didnt. He was customer focused and honest. The Original Plumber will be my choice for any and all future plumbing needs.

The cost to replace my toilet ($375) was the best price I found, but it had to be done twice. The first plumber left me with a toilet that moved around, exposed bolts, and screws stuck under the back of the toilet as 'shims'. I called the next day and another plumber was sent. He completely removed and re-installed the new toilet, properly this time, so no more rocking or exposed bolts. This leaves me with a dilemma. I would like to recommend them for their good price and prompt service, but the inconvenience of having the work done twice is a problem.

These guys are REALLY good. They called me within 1 minute of submitting my request on Home Advisor and were at my house within the hour. Adam, the plumber who showed up, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Very competitive pricing too.
