I had an emergency at an investment property. Water was coming up through racks in the driveway and the City had shut off the water, due to the break. The Original Plumber immediately responded to my request and dispatched Randall. Ultimately, we determined to replace the water line. Scheduled the work for 2 days later (their Dig crew was already scheduled). Price was a little higher than I anticipated but they gave a "firm" estimate that wouldn't change. So I went with it.

Adam and Todd did a great job for us. Quick to respond to our call and very thorough in the explanation of everything that needed to be completed and why. Showed up when they said they would and completed the entire job promptly. Very happy with our project.

Great service. They figured out the exact problem and acted immediately. Also that have done cleaner way of fixing it and recommended proper steps to avoid further damage

Today, the Original Plumber installed a new water heater and kitchen faucet. You all know that the water closet is small to begin with but with todays water heaters, it was a challenge. The standard 50 gallon water heater is larger due to extra insulation and we had to add an expansion tank. They made it look easy. The new kitchen sink faucet has the new feature that turns the water on and off with the wave of your hand or just place your hand under the faucet, batteries included. I don't normally recommend people, but these guys were great.

Very responsive. Professional and still personable. Randall and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Randall would respond within minutes of my request for information. It took me a couple of months to decide to get a new water heater and two toilets, and he actually remembered our first conversation. They were there when the said they would be and it was done within the estimated amount of time. No surprises. I have a new plumber.

Determined that problem was not a clogged drain, but a burnt out garbage disposal, so replaced with new within 1 hour. Service was scheduled and completed within 6 hours of inquiry.

Great job! A little pricey

I filled out the information on HomeAdvisor, hit enter, and within 30 seconds was contacted by The Original Plumber. It was around 10:00 and they told me they would be here at 3:00... they called back and said they could make it at 1:30. They arrived at 1:30 fixed two plumbing problems and were out of there by 2:00! For the two repairs in was a flat $100. No problems whatsoever. The guys were polite and professional. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

The kitchen sink faucet (14 years old) sprung a significant leak last night at around 10;00 PM. This AM we called the Original Plumber. Taylor was here within 45 minutes, He gave us a reasonable quote, and replaced the faucet (which he purchased for us) . Taylor worked efficiently, was knowledgeable, courteous and answered our questions patiently. He advised us that our water heater is also aging. We will DEFINITELY call the Original Plumber for any further needs.

Hot water heater sprung a leak overnight and shutoff valve on the heater turned out to be broken so water to house had to be turned off. Got prompt call from Brandon to schedule Randall & Chris for estimate. Randall explained everything that needed to be done, answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly and did a GREAT installation job. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency water heater leak. I knew it was about time to replace it anyway. On the phone they told me how to stop the leaking until they got here. Then came out same day, diagnosed, removed and replaced my old water heater within the pricing I expected. Very friendly and informative. Have actually used them again for another plumbing issue since then. Would not hesitate to call again.

They considered opions and the visual appearance of the finished (and exposed) work and worked to achieve the best outcome.

They turned up on time and quickly identified the issue and fixed the leak problem.

Very responsive to my leaking water heater. Got the job done quickly. Did not charge me any type of "emergency fee" which was good. In this emergency situation I couldn't price shop so I'm not sure how competitive their price was but feel OK as they have a lot of good reviews on their integrity.

Unbeleivable pricing, they wanted to charge me $549.00 to install a new dishwasher, it was not a big job, take the old one out put the new one in. I got it done for $100.00.
