Taylor from the Original Plumber was very professional and completed my job at a reasonable price. He did a great job of replacing my water heater and clean up. He also helped identify and fix a plumbing issue I was not aware of that could have been costly in the future. I highly recommend the Original Plumber.

Steven was extremely responsive, efficient and helpful during a stressful situation. He took care of all of my needs in a timely and professional manner.

Trent was professional in all respects. The response to the initial post was almost instantaneous and he arrived in less than an hour. He quickly excavated the suspected location of the outdoor leak but it was dry. He explained the options and due to the circumstances, I chose to hire them. Utilities location service came within 2hours, and work started promptly the next morning. Due to a broken sprinkler line, it took a bit longer than anticipated but everything looked proper and the new service line is guaranteed.

We had some problems up front with scheduling but in working with Brandon we resolved the issues and had a great final experience.

Trenton came out to evaluate a leaking water main. The leak was clearly under the driveway and Trenton and his team ran a new water main line. They did exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for the price quoted. I recommend.

Taylor was the technician that took care of my problem today. He replaced the p trap under my kitchen sink due to the old one leaking from a crack. Taylor took the time to explain to and show me exactly what he did and what precautions/instructions I needed to follow to ensure no moisture build up. Taylor was very professional and polite. The charge was reasonable and I will definitely use the "Original Plumbers" for all of my plumbing needs in the future. I will also recommend them to my friends and family. My experience with the original plumber was excellent. I had a leaking pipe in my ceiling. Adam and Todd arrived at my home in a timely manner and not only addressed all of my concerns but handled my home and all of my furnishings with the proper care as if they were their own. I had a small problem after they left but they promptly returned and happily took care of everything. I felt very comfortable with their knowledge and with them in my home and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again

Adam and Todd were very prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. Very accommodating in scheduling the replacement of the water heater. Out of four estimates, theirs fit our budget the best. Loved that they documented our before and after with pictures for future reference if needed. Definitely "people" people. That's the second reason I hired them. One plumber from another company came out to give me an estimate, and he was as friendly as a door. I knew I wouldn't hire him the minute he walked into my house. I will definitely hire The Original Plumber again...and ask for Adam and Todd! I
