The only problem I have was not with The Original Plumber, but with HomeAdvisor giving me a choice in WoodStock,Ga when I am in Lawrenceville, Ga , 2 hrs away. I was very pleased with the job they did, customer service and Mr David O' Conner, very professional.

They were professional and they showed up at the time stated and the work was completed in a very timely matter.

The work to replace the hot water heater was done well, but the charge was $1,745. I talked to a HomeAdvisor (actually 4 people at HomeAdvisor) about the cost. I was told that HomeAdvisor had a cap on what a customer would be charged for a hot water heater and the cap was $1200. Since then, other licensed plumber has said that most charges are $900 to $1000.

Original Plumber was on time waiting when I got there at my rental property. After I cut my ceiling open we tested and diagnosed leak and he gave me the quote to replace upstairs tub drain and overflow that had leaked for a while. Replaced it fairly quickly from below and was very professional. I don't know plumber rates but for the short time it took to replace, the $425 price seemed a little high but not something I could have done myself, so I would call them again when I have a job I can't do myself.

service man wen tout of his way to complete job. I had purchased the toilet to be replaced and it was broken. Service man took the time to return the toilet and get a new one so he could finish install

It was nice that they had a helper. They gave a good impression right from the second they arrived. Had to choose between them and another HA plumber right on the spot. They played it cool and keep a friendly attitude while I thought it over. It was really an easy decision because the guys at The Original Plumber gave me confidence they could do the job and they did for the agreed price. Happy customer!
