The service tech Gino was awesome. We opened both sides of the septic tank and cleaned the filter. Gino put the filter and lids back on and I covered them up. When he told me $289.00 I was shocked. But of course ooh paid it. I think that amounts to a $79 service call and $100 an hour labor. I think that ju s extreme. But I am happy that my septic tank is flowing again. Thank You!

This company i can not say enough they are so awesome. They came asap. Dave was my service guy and he was so knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything i need to know about hot water heaters. Taught me more so much about it. And was so professional and on time. Answered my questions and was so patient with me. I would so recommend him and ORINGAL PLUMBER to everyone i know. He made my bad experience seem not so bad.

Worked with Stephen to replace our water service line that was leaking. He gave us a very thorough explanation of the recommendation and was very knowledgeable. They went under our driveway and didn't have to bust it up or anything! Have since used them again which I am about to write another review for. So glad to have them as our go to for plumbing needs!

They responded to my request in a short time period and we made an appointment for the following day. Stephen showed up right on time. He did a great job moving a 34 in water heater through a 33 in doorway. But the price for the water heater was way outside my budget, it would have been better to have options outside of the Bradley White brand.

We had a clog that just would not unclog. We tried everything we knew ourselves, from a plastic drain snake to a metal multi-feet long snake to an expensive drill attachment from a home improvement store. Original Plumber responded quickly, and the men who came were very friendly and cost-conscious. After trying the normal ways to find a clog, the men would not be bested. One hung out the window of the restroom as the other went outside in the heat to locate the roof vents. Then they both willingly went up into our super-hot attic to unclog the clog that was ABOVE the bathroom in the attic. Then they got me in touch immediately with a wonderful water removal service for the damage to our ceiling. I was highly impressed with their troubleshooting and perseverance. Top-rate all around.

Very pricey and not very accommodating in any regard.

The office personnel were extremely nice, accommodating and flexible. The plumber was extremely nice and pofessional. Price was very reasonable.

I had a pipe burst in my ceiling. Adam came within hours of my call and immediately diagnosed that my pressure valve had malfunctioned and created the backup of water from my hot water heater and the line burst at the ceiling. He replaced the valve and then he and Todd replaced the entire line. They were professional and personable. They even went above the norm and drained all the water out of the pan under my A/C to be sure that it was only run off from the water leaking into my utility from from the leaking pipe. Would recommend highly.

I had most of the sewer line running to my home replaced. Trent did the job the next day and it only took about 1 half a day to complete the job. The guys took extra care not to tear up my yard with the heavy machine and they were very polite.
