The first plumber that was assigned to do the job was not reliable. I believe he was fired. The replaced plumber, Fernando was great. On time too - Good work ethics.

The price was great. David was very friendly and personable. I had an issue with the work being incomplete and a no show on second visit. i called the office and Todd was very understanding. apologetic, and professional. He assured me that they are working on communication. When David returned he solved the issue and was also very apologetic for having to return. i am impressed with the handling of my issues!! Despite the issue mention_The Original Plumber IS MY PLUMBER FOR LIFE!!!

When fixing original problem another leak occurred. After finishing job and starting water back up plumbing now makes a noise that wasn't there before. I called and explained the noise they said someone would be in touch the next day. That was 3 days ago. Cost very expensive.
